Easy to work with, beautiful flowers.

We used Owosso floral for my bridal bouquet. I was VERY happy with everything. The only complaint is that I wasn't able to see how everything was to be arranged until I received it an hour before the ceremony. The flowers themselves we didn't see until the day before because of an issue due to weather. Thankfully she did a fantastic job with the arrangement and made everything worth all the while. I got so many compliments on my bouquet.

Lacked professionalism and communication with customer. Didnt have what customer needed. Was kind in person, but responses after were very passive aggressive and unprofessional, in my opinion.

One week prior to our wedding we got a call that she couldn\'t get our flowers. Then had no alternate ideas. Attempted to order same amount of another flower that was almost 10 times cheaper and not refund any money. Horrible service. Flowers ended up looking good but professionalism is poor. Would never recommend Owosso Floral.
