What an amazing venue! We had our wedding here last weekend and everything was absolutely perfect from the moment we toured it. We choose it after looked through a ton of venues mainly because of how transparent and upfront everything was with pricing and what was included (we were getting overwhelmed and this place just had all the info right there). When we saw the beautiful space we knew it was the right spot for us. First- they were so easy to work with, very low key but responsive and put our minds at ease. We asked for recommended caterers and they gave us a list- (We chose Amazing Edibles who were also fantastic!). They include the graphic design for the big screen welcome image and seating chart and wow was that 10x better than expected! We told the designer, Brian, our general vibe and he completely nailed it, it looked so good! We sent a list of our preferred music (this was important for us) and Spencer picked out our DJ, Ryan who was perfect for this event. At one point I think every single person at the wedding was dancing- old and young. Not only these folks but those staffing the event itself were incredible. There was so many small details I feel like I had forgotten to plan but the Ovation folks knew exactly what to do like setting us all up to walk down the aisle and working the curtains for us etc. Diego took us around in the Rolls and was totally fun and easy going as well, the security guys were great andthe other girl there (I'm so sorry I forgot all these people's names as the day was crazy) was awesome too.
The venue was gorgeous at night, the tables were so perfect and gave the aesthetic we were looking for and all our guests were super impressed with how classy and beautiful everything was. We got so many glowing comments about the whole affair afterward about how well we must have planned but tbh I feel like Ovation and Amazing Edibles really did all the heavy lifting! Photo booth was an absolute hit as well and those pictures are my absolute favorites of the night. Save yourself a huge headache and let Ovation take the wheel. Thank you guys so much!

Kayla did an amazing job working within my budget. She was the most helpful and really laid it out the details and ideas that she had in mind. She was very responsive and from start to finish it was easily said that I made the right choice picking her for my events

Kayla met every one of our expectations for our engagement party at the Willis Tower. As a picky person myself, she was very patient and did an amazing job creating our vision! We will definitely be hiring her for our future events.
