We had our wedding reception at the schoolhouse. we had it setup for 100 people and it fit everybody with room to spare.
The schoolhouse with beautiful and Mary was so wonderful to deal with.
The only negative is the building only has one large bathroom, so I would suggest renting a porta potty.
