We hired Emerald Events and Hannah for “day-off coordination”, so we were almost finished planning our wedding before Hannah stepped in. 6 weeks prior to the wedding she reached out to collect and learn all the details regarding our vision and all the information necessary to take over – everything was submitted through an extensive questionnaire in a secure portal. She adjusted our schedule to fit the usual flow and we went over everything in detail at our final walk through at our venue 4 weeks out of the event. She listened carefully, made notes where necessary and absorbed all she needed to learn regarding our unique Czech traditions which we wanted to incorporate.
Before our rehearsal dinner we went over the event in detail again and at that moment she took over all our decorations, props, and materials, and all the work was completely offloaded from us. Everything was executed the way we wanted, no detail left behind.
Hannah faced some unexpected events with ease and resolved every problem that occurred. We didn’t anticipate any trouble but she had a Plan B for everything. The event layout had to be significantly changed when we learned our outdoor wedding ceremony was going to be during a tropical storm. Hannah knew we cared about the outdoor view into our venue’s vineyard so she gave us the view we wanted; under a pergola, all despite some logistical challenges and seating details she had to overcome first (it was an unusual setup for our venue). Hannah also saved the day when 2 unexpected guests and 2 wedding crashers showed up. If we didn’t notice, she would never let us know. She just said she got it and she truly did, sparing us of any trouble, leaving us to all the fun.
Having a day-off coordinator allowed us and our guests to enjoy our wedding to the fullest, never having anything to worry about. Everything was taken care of and resolved as things occurred and we’re really grateful we had Hannah by our side when we celebrated the start of our marriage.

Hannah was one of the recommended coordinators by our venue and she was just AMAZING! We went with the Jade Package for month of coordination and were not disappointed. Before the wedding she put together a detailed timeline, reception layout, conducted a walkthrough with our venue and caterer, and ran the rehearsal to make sure everyone was ready for the big day. On the actual wedding day, she was absolutely amazing. She took care of all the set-up and decorating to where I didn’t have to worry about a thing. She worked with all the vendors to ensure they were set up and ready to go on time and even had some extra items in her car for things I just totally didn’t think of! She kept everything running smooth the day of and if there were any issues during the wedding, I never knew about it. I would highly recommend Hannah. She is professional, organized, and so kind!

Hannah blew us away as our day-of-coordinator! She truly executed the perfect wedding day for us! Her and her husband were extremely friendly, organized, and paid close attention to the smallest of details. They made us feel so comfortable and reassured about everything on our wedding day. Hannah prepared our timeline, floorplan, and kept everything on track.

She also provided us a beautiful lounge set and photo backdrop! The guests (and even wedding venue) all raved about how wonderful the setup was.

Hannah was an excellent day-of coordinator for my Virginia wedding in June. She was great at communicating through email leading up to the date and gave some insightful comments on the walkthrough that helped me better understand the best layout for the wedding. My wedding was a little light on decorations (outdoor setting with some great views), but Hannah was able to maximize the potential of everything available which I greatly appreciated.
I was really happy how everything came together and I didn't feel like I was worrying at all on the wedding day because Hannah had it under control.

Hannah helped craft our timeline and asked us important questions about the flow of the day, in addition to thinking of items we had missed. She performed a venue walkthrough and was extremely professional - including waiting almost an hour when we were not able to be let into our venue on time (so appreciated the patience!). When our wedding day plans changed quickly the day-of due to rain, Hannah set up and ran the event with no issues. Extremely grateful to Hannah and her assistant for making our big day amazing!

We could not be happier that we found Hannah the month leading up to our wedding!! We were on the fence about securing day-of services since our venue came with a coordinator, but in hindsight we couldn’t have imagined our day without her team. She kept everything running smoothly all day long, set up our decorations perfectly and was so responsive and kind always checking in. We used Emerald Events for day-of-coordinating for our wedding reception, and we are very grateful that we did so! Hannah was extremely reliable and flexible to our needs. As we got closer to the reception, she helped us think of some details we had not considered, and I do not know what we would have done without her on the day of the event. She has a great eye and worked magic to help us decorate the space before our guests arrived. Hannah allowed us to truly be able to enjoy our reception without following all the logistics that night. Hannah was a joy to work with. Super organized and she has such a calm energy about her that was surprisingly nice to have day of when everything is just going going going. She handled everything exactly as I asked and ran everything so smoothly and even predicted things I would need without me even having to ask! Checked in with me throughout the night to make sure we didn’t need anything and was super friendly to everyone! Hired her for the rehearsal as well and she was great there too. Definitely recommend!

We were lucky enough to meet Hannah and her team a short 5 weeks before our wedding date. They did everything so above and beyond what we expected, especially with limited time….not to mention while she was planning her own wedding and getting married!
