We used One Under Banquet for our wedding reception in September 2015. My groom and I are big craft beer drinkers and wanted that represented at our reception, but none of the halls we looked at offered any kind of real craft beer except for One Under. The hall was laid back enough to make us happy, but still fancy to suit a wedding reception. Through the planning process, we worked with a few different women, but our main contact with Andrea. Everyone was responsive, nice, and OMG so helpful! Emails were responded to quickly, usually within a day or less, which is very comforting for a Type A bride! The hall itself has been recently redone, so you don't have to do much in terms of decorations. We had a few extra little things plus centerpieces, and the staff executed every detail perfectly. It was gorgeous!

At the reception itself, everything went so smoothly that I was kinda shocked! Andrea and her staff handled every single little detail so that we didn't have to worry about a thing. They coordinated with all of our vendors and handled all the day-of scheduling and deliveries. Andrea even came onto the limo bus as soon as we arrived to take our drink orders so that we had drinks waiting for us at our table after our grand entrance! The food at the reception was out of this world. We did the buffet, and the food was all fresh, hot, and DELICIOUS! They even made our two vegetarian guests special plates so that they didn't get left out. And let's not forget the beer! One Under let us pick our beer taps from their list of 76 craft beers, so rather than a specialty cocktail, we were able to offer our guests our favorite craft beers. This venue really went above and beyond in making our reception amazing, and they were a great value! They really made us a priority and made sure we were taken care of from the minute we signed the contract to the minute we said our good-byes. I am so happy we used them and highly recommend them for any type of event!
