We had a great experience with One Sweet Bite! Jamie came to our house in Baltimore to do a tasting which was such a time-saver. Everything we tasted was so good it was hard to decide what to go with. We went with two different flavor combinations for our two layers. We had decided to do a smaller cake and have our caterer also do desserts, but I think looking back on it I would've rather had One Sweet Bite do a bigger cake - it was so good and so beautiful. We didn't really have an exact idea of what we wanted for our cake, but Jamie was able to help us craft something we loved, taking ideas from our invitation design and some pictures we had shown her. The only minor critique is that we had discussed having blue and green fruit on the cake which I thought were going to be actual blueberries and green grapes, but the cake ended up having icing-like fruit-looking pieces instead. Not a big deal, but just slightly unexpected. I'm so glad we met One Sweet Bite at a wedding show as an alternative to some of the more traditional (and more expensive!) bakeries in Baltimore. One Sweet Bite is a great find, and I'd recommend to anyone.
