On Air Productions LA was founded in 2005 by Israeli DJ Gilad Emesh after he moved to Los Angeles. For more than 20 years and 1,000+ events, our team has played weddings, Bar and Bat Mitzvahs, corporate events and private celebrations, from bridal and baby showers to milestone birthdays. Jewish and Israeli weddings are our home ground: nights where Hebrew and English, the Hora and the newest dance hits share one floor.

Most couples book a DJ, a band, a lighting company and an AV crew, then hope they all talk to each other. With us, it’s one team. We cover the whole celebration: ceremony and cocktail-hour music, an MC who hosts in Hebrew and English, and dance sets that move every generation, from the 60s, 70s, 80s and 90s to today’s hits. The Hora is our specialty, built as a journey right up to the chair lift.

Live musicians can play over the DJ set, from singers and saxophone to darbuka and bouzouki. Sound, uplighting, LED walls, cold sparks and dancing on clouds come from the same crew. We skip the tired, cookie-cutter formats and design every event around the people in the room.
