The venue offers a choice of beautiful indoor and outdoor event spaces. The Catholic Chapel of the Holy Spirit is a wonderfully intimate space, perfect for small religious services. The beautiful beach and garden sites are sure to take your breath away and give you the freedom to unleash your creativity and design the outdoor ceremony and reception of your dreams. The mid-sized Chichen Itza Ballroom is a fabulous indoor reception space. It features a magnificent Mayan stone relief mural and windows that face the lagoon, which is ideal for parties of up to 250 guests. The splendid Grand Salon Maya ballroom can accommodate parties of up to 720 guests and features a large, airy foyer, a replica of a temple wall from the ancient Mayan city of Palenque, and sliding glass doors that open onto a charming courtyard. The venue also has 347 luxurious guest rooms and suites; all have marble flooring, a floor-to-ceiling full-length mirror, sliding glass doors that open onto a balcony or patio, and spectacular views of the ocean, lagoon, or gardens.

Perfect venue for our wedding
We had our wedding on May 25, 2024, (70+ guests) it was beyond beautiful and perfect. Amairani, the wedding coordinator was extremely knowledgeable and patient. She was given a promotion a few months after booking our date, but that didn’t stop her from continuing to stay in contact with me to make sure everything was going smoothly and as planned. Ximena, the new coordinator filled in and both worked together to make everything extraordinary.
The venue is stunning. We had a beautiful beach ceremony. Cocktail hour was held at the Mirador Terrance, overlooking the ocean. Our reception was a few steps away at the Da Vinci Terrace, also overlooking the ocean. Our brunch in the bridal suite/villa was delicious; all the food served was incredible, and the staff was on point.
Amairani enacted my vision perfectly, and our guests couldn’t get over how beautiful the space was, the décor, and the deliciousness of the food. The drinks were flowing for everyone the entire night. Their vendor recommendations are wonderful. We added a saxophone player for the cocktail hour, and a mariachi band for our rehearsal dinner, both were amazing. We held our rehearsal dinner at La Vista restaurant, overlooking the sunset and lagoon.
Beautiful venue, amazing staff, expert planners, great value, delicious food and drinks. They built a whole dream, and I cannot be more grateful. I can honestly say that the entire day was perfect from beginning to end.
