the why

why do you need a day-of coordinator? because you (both) deserve to have the biggest day of your life truly be the best day of your life. there are several aspects to a wedding that make it flow effortlessly. it is my goal to make your day picture perfect.

a couple things to think about….

though i am a (technically) a ‘day-of’ coordinator much more time is invested in the months, weeks, and days leading up to your wedding. Including venue walkthroughs, vendor confirmations & recommendations, timeline construction, rehearsals and so on….

your vendors usually book several events on the same day. this leaves room for crossed wires and possibly the wrong bouquets at the wrong venue. a day-of coordinator can avoid such mishaps by confirming details and ensuring things are executed according to plan before a major disaster.

day-of coordinators gracefully bounce between you, the dj, the photographer, and the venue/catering teams to ensure music is cued, cameras are in position, and you look perfect for every moment.

regardless of how well you planned your wedding something will go wrong (it’s given.) a day-of is trained to handle that hiccup so you and your guests never knew it happened.

ask your friends. chances are those who had a day-of will tell you it was well worth the money (maybe even the best $$ they spent) and those who didn’t have a day-of coordinator wish they did!

my name is angela. i have a mad obsession for event planning and weddings. i have found my niche helping couples coordinate one of the biggest days of their life.

in early 2012 i was blessed with the opportunity to fulfill my dream and study under one of the most amazing day-of coordinators in seattle. through the 2012 wedding season i had the pleasure of working 20 weddings at several different venues. i learned the skills (and a couple tricks) of the trade, and cultivated some great relationships. i launched oje (olive juice events) in the fall of 2012 and have been on the go since!

the day-to-day me is a fun-loving, sap for love, animated-goofball, grumpy when hungry, adventurous, seattle born girl, topped with a generous sprinkle of sass.
