Ohana Shave Ice in Hollister, California is bringing the flavor of the islands to the mainland, weddings and other special events on the Central Coast. We'll bring authentic tastes of Hawaii to your wedding festivities.

Catering is the specialty of Ohana Shave Ice, providing you and your wedding guests with a customized dessert. You may book our self-contained mobile trailer or our more elegant and intimate tabletop setup. Either way, we strive to provide you with a great tasting dessert, excellent customer service, and a beautiful setup.

Cuisine

Ohana Shave Ice offers the experience of authentic Hawaiian shaved ice, which comes with 32 varietes of wonderful fruit flavors, hand crafted high butter fat Marianne's Ice cream, sweet condensed milk called sno cap, and sweetened coconut flakes on top. Our light and fluffy shave ice is ideal for absorbing high-quality syrups. Additionally, we offer an espresso bar service using their exclusive Ohana Kona Coffee blend, with a variety of hot beverages.
