I attended an intimate wedding where Steven and his team catered. All of the drinks, appetizers, and main courses were amazing! Steven and his team were wonderful and didn’t mind us hanging out in the kitchen with them. They made sure our glasses were never empty and our tummies were full! They were such a joy and I highly recommend!

I was planning an intimate wedding with just 12 guests and knew I didn’t want a traditional catering setup. I wanted a private chef who could create something unique, flavorful, and tailored to my long list of food allergies. After speaking with multiple vendors, most offered standard wedding menus that just didn’t fit the vibe I was going for, until I found Steven!

From our very first phone call, I was blown away by how well he understood my vision. I wanted a curated, Asian-inspired dining experience that felt elevated but still warm and personal, and Steven delivered beyond expectations. His initial menu (plus a matching signature cocktail menu!) was so spot-on that I didn’t change a thing. It was everything I was dreaming of. And everything was freshly-sourced and intentionally curated.

On top of the food, Steven helped guide me through other elements like rentals, dishware, and glassware. He even shared past event inspo to help bring the whole aesthetic together. As a bride planning everything myself, I was grateful for his help there.

Steven and his team brought such good energy to the day. He’s laid-back, personable, and just a genuinely cool human who really took the time to understand us as a couple. His staff treated our guests like family and created such a fun, comfortable environment. The vibes were immaculate. Great music, amazing service, and genuine laughter that comes from feeling truly taken care of. Steven went above and beyond in every way. I’m forever grateful we found him. He created a once-in-a-lifetime experience we’ll never forget!

I booked Edible Ambassador last minute to cook a brunch for a bachelorette party that I was helping plan. His brunch was absolutely the highlight of the whole bachelorette weekend! His food is truly exceptional. It was perfectly cooked, and he makes an effort to choose the finest ingredients. I will say, he made the best fried chicken and waffles I have ever had. The chicken was juicy, crispy, and well seasoned. He even made his own syrup from scratch using pears, cardamon, and other spices! I still drool just thinking about it. In addition to his great food, he is delightful to work with. He is easy to communicate with, has exceptional attention to detail, gives wonderful recommendations, and is reliable. I'm already looking forward to the next event where I can work with him again!

In the early days of planning my wedding, I was trying to piece together three different food vendors as well as a party rental vendor. And drowning. Not only was the total cost way out of my budget, it was chaos with no one owning the whole event. During my very first phone conversation with Steven I felt reassured that we were in capable hands.

Steven made fantastic recommendations for a menu that ensured our meat eaters and vegetarians would be happy and well fed, managed the party rental vendor relationship, collaborated on table design and run of show, and overall was a wonderful partner in bringing my wedding to life.

I was blown away by Steven’s attention to detail and professionalism throughout the process, the friendliness of his staff, and the quality of the food they all delivered.
