Growing up in a Sicilian family meant one thing, food was central in all gatherings. And love. And food and love were always the theme.
After meeting Jeremy, she quickly realized he was in on the game. First date was shared time in the kitchen creating a dozen different tapas for close friends. The ensuing years have been filled with the most delicious, mind blowing food experiences and intimate connection between each other and the people they love.

Jeremy is the creator of Fire on Wheels Pizza. With nothing more than a desire to serve, he manifested all the components needed to create a wildly successful wood-fired catering business.

After 25 years in his advertising and food photography business, he traded working with James Beard chefs and photographing for the cover of Gourmet Magazine for a pizza peel and loads of almond firewood.

He develops his menus with the intention of ensuring each and every guest feels cared for and seen for their particular food preferences, and he creates his food with love. He knows that good chefs bring their heart to the kitchen, and the result is always felt.
