Jeremy and Angelina catered our wedding and it was exceptional. We had appetizers for happy hour and pizza and salad for dinner. Delicious food, excellent communication, even helped us plan out the timing for happy hour and dinner. Our guest raved about how good the pizza was. They use very fresh, high quality ingredients. We also had a bunch of food allergies and restriction which they had no problem accommodating with customized pizzas. Definitely recommend them to cater your wedding or any event large or small. -

We worked with Jeremy for a family celebration in Santa Cruz at our home. I wanted locally sourced, fresh ingredients and a fun pizza experience as pizza is my son's favorite food. Jeremy worked with me to create a menu that would work for all my guests' dietary needs:, including vegan and gluten free. The food was amazing. The pizza was not your local pizzeria pizza. Every single person commented on how amazing the crust was (sourced from Italy). The appetizers were a success, the salads were delicious. Jeremy and his team were professional and kind. The party was fun in part because of the wood fire oven, which was definitely a topic of conversation. It was a splurge that was absolutely worth it! -

We had the pleasure of working with Jeremy and his family at Fire On Wheels for our rehearsal dinner at the Gardener Ranch in Carmel Valley, and they truly exceeded all expectations. From start to finish, their team was professional, easy to work with, and incredibly accommodating. The process of coordinating with them was smooth, thanks to their clear communication and dedication to ensuring everything went perfectly.
What stands out the most is that Fire On Wheels is a family-run business, and it’s clear they genuinely care about their work. Their passion and commitment to quality really shone through, and we were proud to support such a wonderful family operation.
And, of course, the pizza—incredible doesn’t even begin to cover it! The flavors were amazing, the crust was perfectly crisp, and the ingredients were fresh and flavorful. We’ve received so many compliments from our guests about how much they loved the food. If you're looking for delicious, top-notch pizza and a fantastic catering experience, look no further than Fire On Wheels. We can't recommend them enough! -

We had such a wonderful experience working with Jeremey and his team. They created a personalized menu for us, stayed within our budget and coudn't have been easier to work with. The food was incredible, guests were happy, and it was an extremely successful fundraiser. There were many noticable personal touches that added to the experience, I couldn't recommend Fire on Wheels more! -

When we were planning our wedding, we knew food was one of our most important things! From the moment we had our first phone call with Jeremy, we knew they were the perfect team to cater our wedding!
Their attention to detail and passion for good, nourishing good was exactly what we were looking for! They were incredible throughout the entire planning process and exceeded our wildest expectations on the day - they ensured every guest was so taken care of from start to finish - and the food was out of this world. We still have guest talking about the pizza and the grazing boards. The quality of ingredients, flavour profiles and love that goes into their pizza - is out of this world
They were able to cater to a unique set of dietary needs, and took such great care in delivering to our guests during the dinner. They are an incredibe family, and we cannot suggest them enough.
Looking back on our wedding day, my husband and my only regret is not eating more pizza :) -

I hired Fire on Wheels for my wedding welcome party. End to end it was a fantastic experience. You can expect reliability and a great product your guests will rave about. My one wish was that I ate more… Should have took that advice ahead of my big day lol

Jeremy and Angelina were awesome. We hired them for a pizza truck at the beach for a Sunday sendoff at our wedding. Not only were the Pizza and side plates delicious, but they were amazing to work with. They kept us fully informed, and you could tell put a lot of thought into the menu and our experience. They also were very self sufficient and handled small issues on their own without much direction. All in all, I would whole heartedly recommend Fire on Wheels for any special event! 5 Stars!
