We had a flawless experience with Corey as our photographer. From beginning to end he was eager to help us with whatever we needed. He happily swapped out a wedding photo DVD for an engagement shoot that was important to me and my fiance. In the middle of January we hiked down to the shoreline in the blustery cold weather to take some winter beach shots. Despite the frigid weather he insisted he was having fun.

On our wedding day we experienced more of the same. Corey does not charge by the hour but for the entire event. He arrived early in the day and stayed for the entire wedding and brought an assistant to get some background shots to help ensure the entire event was documented. After seeing the photos our friends and family all commented that they forgot there was a photographer there and marveled over how he was able to stay invisible and still catch it all.

Corey is awesome. He will do whatever you want him to do on your big day. He has a great artistic eye and it shows in his photos. His price is below what most other wedding photographers charge (although I think his price has gone up since I booked him). His price is still below what you get in quality and services.

Corey was wonderful. Let's get the important stuff out of the way first - our photos turned out absolutely stunning, and we have received a TON of compliments on them. With your package, you receive a print of all of the shots post-processing and retain the rights to all of the ditigal images (hugely important to us, we wanted to be able to reprint at will rather than always having to go back to the photographer - many do not do this, so be warned!), and your online gallery stays up forever with guests able to order from it at will. He impressed us from the very first meeting - we were up in MA very briefly, and he rearranged his schedule to meet with us in person while we were up there. Completely personable, he earned our respect right away.

In terms of service, he nails not only the big things, but the little touches as well. For example, our digital photos were burnt onto a CD - but rather than the clear plastic CD case, he placed the disc into a mini album that included a snapshot of us both on the front and in the inner flap of the jacket! I was really touched when I opened his package to find that. He also passed my husband's "security test" in terms of how the photos are backed up, helping us to be sure that our memories would be preserved.

Day of: he was prompt, dressed professionally, and extremely curteous. He got amazing photos without being "in our faces" at all. He uses a somewhat journalist approach, so we got some really cool candids. I was especially impressed with the way he played with the light, and with the way he managed to play up the unique aspects of our venue (very Cape Cod). Our photos look completely timeless and really highlight the unique, individual aspects of our day. They somehow manage to be "us" as well - we look real, rather than stiff, posed versions of ourselves. We had a blast working with him!

He's well within the range of quotes we received for wedding photographers. Though he's not cheap, the photos last forever, and are absolutely worth the "splurge." (Again, I'm not sure if you can call it a splurge - we cut out the high end folks early on, it's just that wedding photography generally is pretty pricier).

In sum - a wonderful choice to document the day!! His website is cool and gives a good sample of his work. We couldn't be happier with his services.
