We were fortunate enough to get to work with Ashley and the folks at Oberlin Catering for our recent wedding and let me just start by saying that Ashley is the most kind, sincere, and wonderful human being we've ever been fortunate enough to work with.

Ashley not only handled the food, but also handled the venue that we chose), so we got to interact with her a lot. She is EXTREMELY good at her job and extremely personable. Every time we got a chance to interact with her, we left feeling good - because he makes you feel like every little detail is taken care of. She rocks.

Now onto Oberlin Catering food and service. One word: WOW. Every single thing that they have to offer is out of this world. We thought that when we did the tasting itself, the food would be way better than the day of. They're trying to suck you in at that point, and then they phone it in the day of, right?

Wrong. The food at the wedding itself was just as good as the tasting, and by good I mean incredible. Michelin star type stuff. Working with them to create a menu was easy, everything we tried was phenomenal, and the experience of working with their staff (and Fernando of course) on the day of was perfection.

People rarely remember too many details about your wedding (thanks to the free booze), but one thing they never forget is the food. And our guests will be raving about ours for a looooong time.

I attended a wedding this December catered by Oberlin and i can't say enough good things about them, me and my husband are an older couple and the gentleman in charge made sure we would not stand up for food or beverages which was greatly appreciated, the food was second to none and we were delighted with their Hors' d oeuvres. Anyone considering them, do not think twice you will not be dissapointed!
