The property adorns a historic barn from the early 1900's, built in bars, natural garden landscaping and some of the most gorgeous old Oaks. The Ivy House is set to welcome you. A one bedroom full house to enjoy during your wedding weekend.The Majestic Oak Ceremony Site is a polished and beautiful space that features handcrafted log benches, which sets a romantic and intimate mood for your big day. Behind the ceremony site is a water feature/pond area that is surrounded by large palm trees, a gazebo, and a rock waterfall. The Lawn and Gardens is a reception and wedding space that houses luscious greenery and will leave you with endless possibilities for your event.

Accommodation
The Ivy House is a beautifully decorated vacation rental that features a slipper tub along with heated marble floors in the bathroom. A fully stocked kitchen and living room. A queen size bed, dressers and closet. Tv's and a hot tub for entertaining and the most gorgeous scenery and seclusion from the rest of the world.

History
The Clagg family bought this property in historic Templeton back in 1997. After much renovations over several years, the Clagg family has transformed the once poultry ranch into a picturesque and romantic wedding venue with beautiful landscaping and entertainment to wow our guests.
