My wife and I worked with Laura for about a year planning our wedding. Laura walked us through every step of the way, provided us with planning materials and timelines to keep us on track, scheduled consistent meetings with us, helped us work through all of the decisions, and carried the weight of any challenges that arose. Laura was an absolute joy to work with throughout this planning process, and the day of could not have gone smoother. I was essentially stress free the day of due to Laura’s extensive timeline and my trust in her. Our venue was particularly challenging, as it was not a traditional wedding venue, so we had to coordinate all services and vendors. It’s because of Laura’s attention to detail and experience that we pulled this off! I cannot recommend Laura enough, she is a joy to work with and REALLY good at her job. I can’t imagine working with a wedding planner who is more organized (and also as fun to work with!) Our wedding was perfect and we will forever be grateful to Laura!

We worked with Laura for a little over a year leading up to our wedding and it was hands down the best wedding decision we made! From advising us on vendors to making budget-friendly decor recommendations, Laura's guidance helped us immensely throughout the planning process. As a queer couple, we also really wanted someone who could help us change or discard traditions that didn't work for us and instead create a celebration tailored to us, and help us avoid the most cis/heteronormative parts of weddings (tons of gendered language, prescriptive roles, etc.). Laura got it immediately and expertly helped us navigate the wedding world. She's also a real pro at navigating complicated family dynamics, which was so helpful. She asked all the right questions, kept us on top of things, and executed the logistics of our wedding day flawlessly. Laura is down-to-earth, trustworthy, dependable, and a true expert. I felt so at ease knowing we were in good hands with her. I could fill pages singing her praises, so suffice it to say--she's the best!

Working with Laura was truly fantastic. I am so thankful for her and her incredibly thoughtful planning process. Laura created a helpful timeline for planning, mapping out what comes first, what comes later and what to let someone else handle. I had no idea how many moving pieces were involved in having a wedding, and I was so grateful to turn the planning over the Laura who knew exactly what to do and was a true professional. Laura is a wedding magician. She made our wedding a dream come true, even while navigating 240 guests, a non-standard caterer, a multicultural custom ceremony in a planetarium, an outdoor parade, and a bride-groom dance in the dark while we wore neon light-up shoes. Many of our guests said it was the most fun wedding they attended, and I know it could not have been possible without Laura.

Laura LOVES weddings and turned otherwise tedious tasks fun- meaning that my husband and I could actually ENJOY wedding planning and focus on the fun stuff! She also is so organized (she has a MASSIVE binder for each couple) that very complex logistical items caused us zero stress because we knew Laura had it all under control. As an example, when we did our venue walk-through, she asked all the hard questions and my husband and I just sat back and enjoyed the view!

Laura takes on few clients each year so she can devote her all to them. It really showed. She is well worth the price, because then we could enjoy a smooth planning process and also make our wild creative dreams actually happen. We were lucky to have her.

Laura is an expert at her craft. She makes wedding planning absolutely seamless, never misses the details, saves you tons of money, and on top of that makes it really fun. I would hire her again without a second thought.

Laura was incredible! We hired her as our day-of wedding coordinator, but she went far beyond what we had envisioned. She helped keep us organized during the months leading up to the wedding and thought of all sorts of logistical details that never would have occurred to us. She also suggested a lot of fun, creative touches, such as using Jenga pieces for our guests to sign instead of a regular guestbook. Multiple friends and family members told us how cheerful and meticulously organized Laura was throughout the wedding as well. She worked well with our other vendors and was just a gem all around!

Our wedding was over a month ago and I'm still raving about Laura to my friends! She exceeded our expectations in every way and had SO much insight and experience on the whole process - my husband and I could not have done it without her!

She truly made our wedding day the best day of our lives - and handled so many last minute requests/alterations with ease that would have totally thrown us off. I cannot speak highly enough about Laura. Our wedding was everything we dreamed of and largely because of her. She was extremely detail oriented, efficient and had great advice for us along the way. I am so excited to write this review for Laura at O Frabjous Day Events. We've been working with her to plan our wedding for months, and honestly she feels like a member of our family now. From the moment we sat down with her for our initial interview, my (now) husband and I didn't hesitate to hire her. Laura went above and beyond our wildest dreams for coordinating our wedding. What we initially imagined was going to be a low-key, informal local wedding of course came with a million moving parts that we were finding really challenging to manage ourselves with two full-time jobs and a small child. Laura came in, helped us select vendors (and recommended some fantastic ones), wrote timelines, handled logistics, and kept us on task, all while helping us realize our shared version of our wedding day. She was incredibly responsive to emails (much better than we were, and remained consistently upbeat and patient with our sometimes too casual attitude about deadlines) and our in-person meetings with her were relaxed, fun, and super productive. She helped us manage our own tasks by keeping them bite sized and with gentle reminders.

I can't imagine going through this process without her.

Our wedding day was so fun, so relaxed, and perfectly smooth, and we owe that to Laura. Many guests approached us at the reception to remark how great she was. She's like a swiss army knife - she has a solution for every challenge! She was worth every penny and then some.
