We used Now Serving as our venue for our rehearsal dinner and we could not have been more pleased with the service, the atmosphere, and the food. When we were first considering going with Now Serving for our rehearsal dinner, Paul set up an entire tasting dinner for us with full amounts of every single course that he planned on serving for the dinner itself. He let us try every single option for salad dressing, pasta sauce, and items we could add to the make your own pasta bar. We even got to try some of the wine and beer that we planned on serving that night. He took detailed notes even down to the details of my favorite kind of wine and the fact that my husband doesn't like tomatoes in his salad. He let us customize each course to the items and choices that we wanted, rather than forcing us to stick to a certain menu. The night of the rehearsal dinner, he let us rent out the entire café for our dinner. There was a gorgeous spread of beer and wine and also a huge pasta bar. The chefs cooked the pasta right in front of our guests with all the ingredients that they chose on the spot. The entire café was also decorated with our green color for our wedding and a sign that had our names on it to further personalize the café for us. Paul and his staff were attentive to our every single need, and we are so thrilled that we chose them for our rehearsal dinner location.

Paul at Now Serving did a fantastic job catering our wedding. He not only made amazing food (sliders, pulled pork, brats, pies), but handled all the rentals at a very reasonable price. He was definitely the best priced of all the caterers we looked at, and, as a bonus, had the best food and was the most responsive. Unlike other caterers, he worked with our vision of our wedding and didn't pressure us to upgrade to fancier rentals. He was very easy to work with, very flexible, and extremely responsive to emails whenever we had questions. He additionally has had a lot of experience catering weddings and other big events, and we felt completely comfortable leaving practical decisions to his discretion. This took a big load off of our shoulders.
