Facilities and Capacity

North Hills Country Club provides an unmatched outdoor ceremony site, distinctive for its emerald green expansiveness, sure to impress couples and their guests. This outdoor site affords stunning views of the surrounding trees.

Indoor receptions can take place in a spacious ballroom, which is newly renovated, chic, and modern in design and features a polished, natural wood dance floor. The ballroom also features floor-to-ceiling windows that afford plenty of natural light and unparalleled views of the course and trees. It is equipped with a 40-foot bar for entertaining wedding parties of all sizes.

This facility provides plenty of excellent photo opportunities along the extensive golf course. Couples can take advantage of the available golf courses for photo sessions all over the sweeping grounds. Private get-ready rooms, including a luxury suite, are available for pre-ceremony preparations.

Services Offered

North Hills Country Club hosts elopements, engagement parties, rehearsal dinners, wedding ceremonies, receptions, and more. Couples can work directly with a private events director to ensure that every aspect of their big day is planned and executed with a keen attention to detail. A complimentary ceremony rehearsal is part of the event planning staff’s services. This venue only books one event at a time, which guarantees that each wedding ceremony and reception is given undivided attention.

An all-inclusive package at this venue, which is based on the cost of each couple’s selected entrée, includes wedding day staples such as tables, chairs, linens, flatware, glassware, barware, and china. Full catering and bar services are also available, including house beers, wines, liquors, and specialty libations. Catering services are available in various styles, including buffet, plated, and station setups. Couples can also choose to rent event-heightening items such as a chocolate fountain. Beautiful and Accommodating

This venue was perfect for our wedding. Christy, the coordinator, was fabulous and helped with every concern we brought up. The attendants took such good care of us on the day of. The grounds were stunning for our pictures. Our guests loved the hors d'oeuvres, buffet, and desserts served. I highly recommend this venue for weddings, and I'm so glad we had ours here.

Wedding Celebration was Perfect

We hosted our daughters wedding Saturday July 17th and we cant say enough about how happy we were with the entire North Hills team. Every detail was perfect, the food was outstanding and the entire crew was so attentive to every detail. Highly Recommend this wonderful VENUE we got sooo many compliments from our guests. What an unbelievable experience!

My wife and I recently got married here and we simply cannot say how amazing North Hills made the experience!
First off, in this strange COVID year, we were not sure if a wedding would even happen, but North Hills made the commitment to give us our day in a safe and responsible manner.
The Event organizer, Mark Walsh, is a living Saint. He worked with us everyday to make sure everything was in order. He was constantly available at anytime of day to answer questions or work out new ideas with us. This wedding would not have been possible without his help.
The venue was gorgeous. Everyone from the staffs, to the waiters, the Proshop, and even the members were extremely nice and supportive of our day (even if our pictures slowed down a round or two of golf). Everything is clean, organized, and had an amazing feel to it.
The food... THE FOOD... we don't even know where to begin. The cook outdid himself. Everything was cooked to perfection. Our guests could not stop raving about how delicious everything was. Seriously. It was that good.
I have no intention of getting remarried, but if I did I would gladly go through North Hills again. You won't regret picking them for your special day, whatever the occasion may be.

Wedding just as we planned it!

We recommend North Hills Country Club! Mark made us feel both special and comfortable from our first meeting. We were able to tailor the details to us and what we imagined. I follow a gluten free diet and some of our guests were vegan, so we were able to make some food substitutions and they were all delicious! The tables looked great and our host/emcee for the night, Joe, was very friendly and helpful. Since we had our reception during off-peak season, the price was reasonable. Mark helped us make the most of the space and it was a great time for all! My only advice to wedding planners is to ask for anything you don’t see or don’t understand. Mark and his crew will be happy to help in any way they can. (There are so many details that it can be overwhelming!)

North hills is an underrated venue. Beautiful options with outdoor, sunroom, indoor seating. I worked with Jason during the planning and the attentiveness during the reception of himself and his assistant were top notch. We were even able to set up the room prior to the big day and I could not have been happier with how everything turned out. Great food, never a line at the bar, beautiful photo options. Thank you!

North Hills was the perfect venue for our wedding! The manager, Jason, helped us through coordinating every aspect of the reception. He thought of things that would not have even occurred to us. Jason is truly a professional who really cares about your wedding. The value at North Hills is exceptional, especially compared to other country clubs and venues in the area. The Open Bar means "open bar", you don't have to select two or three crappy beers for your guest - they have every option they would have at a restaurant. The room looked beautiful. The bar is in the same room as the dance floor so you don't lose half your guests to a bar outside of the event space. The staff was so helpful to myself and my husband throughout the reception. People have told us that our wedding was the most fun they have had in a long time and I know that it is in large part due to the venue. We really could not have been happier!

We could not be happier with our choice of North Hills for our daughter's wedding. They were extremely pleasant to work with, provided excellent service, attended to detail, and showed great flexibility. We were not locked into an exact number of meals until two days before the wedding. Everything they said they would do for us was done to perfection. The food was piping hot and delicious, the hors d'oeuvres were abundant and beautifully presented, and the staff was pleasant, alert, and responsive. Jason, Dominic, Roxanne, and the entire staff were wonderful to us and did an outstanding job. I would enthusiastically give this venue my highest recommendation.

North Hills was AMAZING! The food was delicious - our guests were commenting on how delicious the food tasted and how fantastic it was that it was all served hot. There was hardly ever a line at the bar, as the bartenders were highly efficient and attentive. Jason, the manager, was beyond fantastic. We didn't have to worry about anything. We told him how we wanted things set up and he and his staff did exactly what we had wanted. Everything went perfectly at North Hills! We are SO THRILLED that we chose to have our reception at North Hills and would highly recommend it to anyone considering it as a reception venue. Thank you to Jason & North Hills for making our wedding reception so fantastic!!!

North Hills Country Club throws an exceptional wedding reception. The grounds are beautiful and Jason and his staff are professional and extremely accommodating. The food is to die for from cocktail hour through dessert. The dance floor is large enough for over 200 guests and was never empty. My husband and I could not have asked for such an easy going, beautiful wedding venue!

North Hills CC in Glenside was absolutely perfect. We planned our wedding out of state (from Northern VA), and Jason, the club manager, was so easy to work with. He accommodated our schedules for all of the pre-wedding planning, including our planning meetings & tasting. North Hills had a great set up for our ~150 person wedding with a terrace as well as a sun room for cocktail hour and a ballroom with a big dance floor and big bar for the rest of the reception. The grounds are beautiful and very well-maintained. They will adjust their package to work with your budget if you need to. We went with their basic wedding package (cocktail hour, dinner, open bar, reception set up, cake) with our only upgrade being chair covers. We dropped everything off at the venue on Thursday before the wedding and NHCC set everything up perfectly. We didn't have to worry about a thing. Everyone raved about all of the food and the whole reception space. It was perfect!
