Deb is an amazing help, as are all the employees them and we will never shop at another store again because the selection and service at Northeastern far exceeds anything I have ever experienced in my life before! Not to mention the super cute thank you card Deb sent us after our purchase!

Not once did we ever feel like we had a pushy sales person trying to sell us something we did not want or afford. Their focus was making sure my wife was completely happy with the purchase. When I told them the size of the diamond I wanted, they never tried to sell me something larger and worked within my budget. I can't find words to describe how incredibly well I was (and continue to be) treated at Northeastern. We purchased my engagement band from their Albany store and then returned for both wedding bands. They were so helpful and took the time to teach us about our purchase options since this was the first time we purchased a diamond. They weren't pushy at all and were very reasonably priced.

I've returned to Northeastern several times for other services and they continue to impress me. I'm blown away at the fact that they remember us each time, and I will never purchase jewelry from anywhere else!

My fiance got my engagement ring from here and we went back for the buy one, get one free deal and it was great. We love our rings and we didnt have much time before the wedding when we picked them out so they actually drove out to meet my fiance and gave us our rings/wedding bands. That was great, I thought.

My husband and I visited Northeastern Fine Jewelers twice to look at and purchase rings. During our initial visit, we were just looking at rings with no real ideas of what we wanted. The sales associate was very willing to just let us look and try bands on.

During our second visit, I tried on what felt like a gazillion bands. I couldn't decide if I wanted a ring to fit my engagement ring (his grandmother's ring) or a band I could wear with the engagement ring or without. The associate really helped me make the decision to go with a simple band that looked beautiful with the engagement ring and if I chose to wear it alone.

The store also had a "deal" and we ended up getting my husband's ring for free! Both experiences were great! We didn't feel pressured to buy any ring in particular or go over our budget. The associates were very helpful and knowledgeable.

My husband took me here to pick out my engagement ring. My father buys all of my mother's jewelry here, so it was even more special. The staff worked with us to give me what I wanted AND within a price range my fiance could afford. He went back on his own to pick out the specifics and I couldn't be happier with my ring! I get compliments on it all the time!
