I'm DJ Nimz, a Charlotte-based international DJ with roots in Lagos, Nigeria. I also have vibrant mix of living stints in several cities across the U.S. including DMV, Minneapolis, Cleveland, Nashville and Atlanta which have all honed my love for music and entertaining as well as shaped my eclectic music taste.

My passion for music, sparked in childhood, was refined in college and turned professional in 2016. I love to connect people through music and this informs my DJ style of blending genres like Hip Hop, RnB, Afrobeats, Top 40, Country and more to create unique and personalized experiences that have energized over 400 events, including 150+ weddings. Known as "The Turn Up King," my passion for uniting diverse crowds through music has led me to DJ in several countries and have had clients from over 20 national and cultural backgrounds .
