For starters, I ordered a delivery for SAME DAY DELIVERY to be dropped off on Mother’s Day. I want to note, I placed this delivery on midnight of Saturday, meaning an entire 24 hours before Sunday and MUCH before the expected “same day delivery” window according to the company policy. I waited all of Saturday after getting an order confirmation email, but received no update. When had awoken on Sunday, I waited until around noon to call the company because I had STILL not been notified of a delivery. I was then told by a rude and hard-to-understand customer care employee that there was nothing they could do and that I could either cancel or have it delivered the next day, which was no longer Mother’s Day. When I asked about the company policy and expressed my frustrations towards the company for not notifying me sooner, I was met with annoyed sighs and phrases like “you can talk to my superior, but you’re just gonna hear the same things!” Over and over. Not only was this a completely unprofessional and unprovoked response, but it reflects the company in a disgusting light. When I did finally talk to a superior, the manager was just as unprofessional and annoyed, and was EAGER to confirm that yes, this ill-managed company has no policy for when it blatantly lies to its customers. To make a long story short, I paid over $100 dollars to get same day delivery, NEVER received that same day delivery, was given no compensation for this ordeal, and was never notified about the delays on my order until I called the company myself in the middle of my own work day. I will NEVER purchase a single item through this company again, and I will spend as much time and money as I can ensuring other consumers do not make the same mistake I have. If you have made it this far, DO NOT DO BUSINESS WITH THIS NEW YORK BASED COMPANY.
