My groom and I felt from day one that MW Tux was making it as painful as possible for us. The salesman was derterimed to change our mind about what we wanted for our colors. My groom did not want to wear white nor did he want to match identically to his groomsmen. The salesman was so determined that my groom was going to wear white that he withheld showing us some other colors that they carried. We learned of these colors after returning to express our concern over what we had picked out. Next, we were forced to drive 50 minutes one afternoon to pay the best man's deposit because they would not take a credit card number over the phone.

The biggest kicker was that the groom DID NOT get his promised refund on his deposit. The groom's tux is free when you rent four or more tux. Yet, the groom must but down a $40 deposit that will be returned when you pick up your tux. Paul but his deposit on his credit card. A few weeks later, his card number was stolen and his card company closed that card to re-issue him a new one. He had already paid his credit card bill when this happened. When he arrived to pick up his tux, MW refused to give him his money back any other way than on the closed credit card. They claimed they could not give him cash or send him a check. They would not put the deposit on another credit card nor even give him a gift card or any type of store credit.

The groom's father's tux was also late. He barely got it in time for the wedding. Throughout all of it, this company carried the same attitude of it's sister store, David's Bridal. That attitude is that they are soooo popular and busy that you should just be glad they allow you to do business with them.

We will never rent from them again and would highly caution anyone before spending their money there.
