I only made ONE dress appointment because I was so confident in ML! I had been there with a friend a couple years ago and knew from then on I wanted to also go to ML for my dress. Everyone I talked on the phone and everyone who helped me in the store was SO caring, helpful, knowledgeable, and extremely supportive! It was a 1000/10 experience :)

The Maggie Louise staff goes above and beyond for their customers! From the very beginning (literally as soon as I set up my appointment), they started a conversation about what exactly I was looking for and bent over backwards to meet my needs. The communication from the start made the process so easy! I am OBSESSED with my dress but wish I could go back and try dresses on for fun just to relive the experience!

I live in the Cayman Islands and due to Covid our island has been closed since March 2020 which meant I could not travel to buy my wedding dress. I was browsing online and fate favoured me to come across Maggie Louise Bridal where I saw my dream dress. I emailed them and what started what what I can only describe as the most amazing and best customer service I have ever received in my life. This team made me feel as I was their only customer. It made no difference that I wasn’t physically there because they sent me so many emails and called so many times on FaceTime to show me my dress and generally get me excited. I promise you that you will not regret going with Maggie Louise. Their personal touch and the way they care about their brides will remain part of your forever happy wedding memories as it did mine.

The most wonderful dress shopping/buying experience! Prior to my visit at Maggie Louise I had visited over 5 dress shops in NYC and 3 more in Nashville. I had an idea of what I wanted but nothing had wowed me. When making my appointment at ML I remember they asked such detailed questions about what I liked and didn’t like in the gowns I had already tried on, as well as which dress designers I liked, my favorite fabrics, silhouettes and details, etc. The minute I walked in the shop for my appointment, it was all about me! I had the store to myself and the ladies of ML had handpicked dresses that encompassed every detail I mentioned. It was so nice to be heard and not just sold to; they kept my budget in mind as well. All around it was a perfect shopping experience! And after you purchase, you get email updates about each and every step. So thankful for Maggie Louise!!

They were so nice here. The first dress i tried on was the dress i bought. They took their time to figure out what i was wanting and found the perfect dress. I also ordered the dress in a different color and they did so much to help me decide on all of those things.

Hands down, the best single day of my wedding planning experience was spent at Maggie Louise. This place, these women, the heart here- it's something special and unique and a true act of love. From the first phone consultation to the actual appointment to the follow up handwritten note, it was all a dream come to life. In every single facet of the ML experience, you can feel that this business is not about business at all; it's about serving others with love and kindness.I'd original gone to Lowe's to purchase a wedding dress, intrigued by their big selection and annual sales, but walked away with a dress I wasn't truly happy with after a rushed, impersonal, and crowded shopping experience.I waffled on the craziness of buying another dress, but in the end, I just felt like it was worth it to feel my best on my wedding day, and oh my gosh, I am SO GLAD I did. I wouldn't have traded the ML experience for all the money in the world, it was hands down worth the price of two wedding dresses, easily. From the cookies and champagne to the amazing team and the gorgeous hand selected dresses, I strongly encourage any bride to choose ML for their wedding dress shopping experience.

I always knew I would get my dream dress from Maggie Louise, and the experience absolutely exceeded my expectations! Carolyn and Molly are just the sweetest! We had two pre-appointment calls, so they could pull options before I arrived. I loved this because I didn't want to be overwhelmed. But, they also gave me dresses outside out what I imagined to help me confirm what I wanted. Most importantly, they had my back and put my opinion ahead of my crew's. I will forever love being an ML bride!

Due to a tight budget, I never thought that I would have the opportunity to be a Maggie Louise bride. I had seen the studio, the gowns, and had heard what an amazing experience it was, but I never thought I would get to experience it too. When Maggie Louise posted one of their sales, I immediately contacted them for an appointment. I was treated just like a regular appointment bride, and Carolyn truly cared about my experience and helping me find a dress that made me feel beautiful. I was surprised by how many options I had of sale dresses. Since I was purchasing a floor sample, they even offered to dry clean it and keep it for a while to trim any loose threads from the lace. Carolyn helped me find the perfect accessories to complement my dress. I never felt pushed or rushed to make a decision or pressured to purchase a gown. They truly treat you like you're their best friend. You feel like top priority because you are the only one in the studio. Carolyn listened to my wishes but also helped me expand my imagination by choosing gowns I would not ordinarily choose on my own. She helped me find the perfect Martina Liana gown, and I felt so beautiful on my wedding day. The one downside to Maggie Louise is that once you find your dress, you don't get to keep going back over and over again to try on dresses. This was by far my favorite part of wedding planning. Maggie Louise makes this process so fun and enjoyable!

Molly at Maggie Louise has an amazing selection and the process of trying on her gowns is something that you will never ever forget. Trying to explain the Maggie Louise Experience will be impossible, honestly! I can’t explain the magic that is in the air but I do believe in my heart that every bride deserves to experience it.

Molly and her staff at Maggie Louise make you feel so loved, so special, and so beautiful. They make it to where selecting a wedding dress is wayyyy more than just a fitting. To them, it's a process, and a memory in the making. (and by memory, I mean a happy, magical, “I don’t want this to end” type memory)

The vibes when you walk in Maggie Louise are magical, Zen, happy, and intimate. Not to be cheesy but from the moment I walked in for my appointment, to the moment I walked out the door was a fairytale.

My advice: go immediately!!

Why? Because Molly is a b e a s t at what she does and the experience is so sentimental and so fun. To be honest, I didn’t think I was able to afford a gown at Maggie Louise Bridal. I’ve been following Maggie Louise on Instagram ever since she first opened her store and I’ve always dreamed of being a Maggie Louise bride. I’ve always seen the gorgeous gowns that they post, but I knew that her stunning gowns obviously came with a price.

I was feeling brave, and I Instagram messaged Molly and her team. I told her that I’m paying for a wedding on my own, and that I’ve always dreamed of being a Maggie Louise bride, but the last thing I wanted to do is waste her time during a busy time of year for bridal boutiques, if they were out of my budget. I showed her my style by sending in 2 pictures of wedding gowns that I had in mind and my price range. I wish I could show yall the before pics of what I liked, and the dress Molly found me, one I bought because its honestly incredible! Molly found me an off the rack dress that I’m convinced was made for me LOL. Not only was it in my price range, but SO similar to the style I had in mind. My wedding dress is absolutely stunning. I am so obsessed with it and I want to try it on every day.
