Maggie Louise is the BEST!

The Maggie Louise staff goes above and beyond for their customers! From the very beginning (literally as soon as I set up my appointment), they started a conversation about what exactly I was looking for and bent over backwards to meet my needs. The communication from the start made the process so easy! I am OBSESSED with my dress but wish I could go back and try dresses on for fun just to relive the experience!

They made my wedding incredible!!!

I live in the Cayman Islands and due to Covid our island has been closed since March 2020 which meant I could not travel to buy my wedding dress. I was browsing online and fate favoured me to come across Maggie Louise Bridal where I saw my dream dress. I emailed them and what started what what I can only describe as the most amazing and best customer service I have ever received in my life. This team made me feel as I was their only customer. It made no difference that I wasn’t physically there because they sent me so many emails and called so many times on FaceTime to show me my dress and generally get me excited. I promise you that you will not regret going with Maggie Louise. Their personal touch and the way they care about their brides will remain part of your forever happy wedding memories as it did mine.

The most wonderful dress shopping/buying experience! Prior to my visit at Maggie Louise I had visited over 5 dress shops in NYC and 3 more in Nashville. I had an idea of what I wanted but nothing had wowed me. When making my appointment at ML I remember they asked such detailed questions about what I liked and didn’t like in the gowns I had already tried on, as well as which dress designers I liked, my favorite fabrics, silhouettes and details, etc. The minute I walked in the shop for my appointment, it was all about me! I had the store to myself and the ladies of ML had handpicked dresses that encompassed every detail I mentioned. It was so nice to be heard and not just sold to; they kept my budget in mind as well. All around it was a perfect shopping experience! And after you purchase, you get email updates about each and every step. So thankful for Maggie Louise!!

Perfect dress and very helpful with picking everything!

They were so nice here. The first dress i tried on was the dress i bought. They took their time to figure out what i was wanting and found the perfect dress. I also ordered the dress in a different color and they did so much to help me decide on all of those things.

A little slice of heaven on earth

Hands down, the best single day of my wedding planning experience was spent at Maggie Louise. This place, these women, the heart here- it's something special and unique and a true act of love. From the first phone consultation to the actual appointment to the follow up handwritten note, it was all a dream come to life. In every single facet of the ML experience, you can feel that this business is not about business at all; it's about serving others with love and kindness.I'd original gone to Lowe's to purchase a wedding dress, intrigued by their big selection and annual sales, but walked away with a dress I wasn't truly happy with after a rushed, impersonal, and crowded shopping experience.I waffled on the craziness of buying another dress, but in the end, I just felt like it was worth it to feel my best on my wedding day, and oh my gosh, I am SO GLAD I did. I wouldn't have traded the ML experience for all the money in the world, it was hands down worth the price of two wedding dresses, easily. From the cookies and champagne to the amazing team and the gorgeous hand selected dresses, I strongly encourage any bride to choose ML for their wedding dress shopping experience.

Dream Experience

I always knew I would get my dream dress from Maggie Louise, and the experience absolutely exceeded my expectations! Carolyn and Molly are just the sweetest! We had two pre-appointment calls, so they could pull options before I arrived. I loved this because I didn't want to be overwhelmed. But, they also gave me dresses outside out what I imagined to help me confirm what I wanted. Most importantly, they had my back and put my opinion ahead of my crew's. I will forever love being an ML bride!

Best Part of Wedding Planning!

Due to a tight budget, I never thought that I would have the opportunity to be a Maggie Louise bride. I had seen the studio, the gowns, and had heard what an amazing experience it was, but I never thought I would get to experience it too. When Maggie Louise posted one of their sales, I immediately contacted them for an appointment. I was treated just like a regular appointment bride, and Carolyn truly cared about my experience and helping me find a dress that made me feel beautiful. I was surprised by how many options I had of sale dresses. Since I was purchasing a floor sample, they even offered to dry clean it and keep it for a while to trim any loose threads from the lace. Carolyn helped me find the perfect accessories to complement my dress. I never felt pushed or rushed to make a decision or pressured to purchase a gown. They truly treat you like you're their best friend. You feel like top priority because you are the only one in the studio. Carolyn listened to my wishes but also helped me expand my imagination by choosing gowns I would not ordinarily choose on my own. She helped me find the perfect Martina Liana gown, and I felt so beautiful on my wedding day. The one downside to Maggie Louise is that once you find your dress, you don't get to keep going back over and over again to try on dresses. This was by far my favorite part of wedding planning. Maggie Louise makes this process so fun and enjoyable!

A memory i'll cherish forever !!

Molly at Maggie Louise has an amazing selection and the process of trying on her gowns is something that you will never ever forget. Trying to explain the Maggie Louise Experience will be impossible, honestly! I can’t explain the magic that is in the air but I do believe in my heart that every bride deserves to experience it.

Molly and her staff at Maggie Louise make you feel so loved, so special, and so beautiful. They make it to where selecting a wedding dress is wayyyy more than just a fitting. To them, it's a process, and a memory in the making. (and by memory, I mean a happy, magical, “I don’t want this to end” type memory)

The vibes when you walk in Maggie Louise are magical, Zen, happy, and intimate. Not to be cheesy but from the moment I walked in for my appointment, to the moment I walked out the door was a fairytale.

My advice: go immediately!!

Why? Because Molly is a b e a s t at what she does and the experience is so sentimental and so fun. To be honest, I didn’t think I was able to afford a gown at Maggie Louise Bridal. I’ve been following Maggie Louise on Instagram ever since she first opened her store and I’ve always dreamed of being a Maggie Louise bride. I’ve always seen the gorgeous gowns that they post, but I knew that her stunning gowns obviously came with a price.

I was feeling brave, and I Instagram messaged Molly and her team. I told her that I’m paying for a wedding on my own, and that I’ve always dreamed of being a Maggie Louise bride, but the last thing I wanted to do is waste her time during a busy time of year for bridal boutiques, if they were out of my budget. I showed her my style by sending in 2 pictures of wedding gowns that I had in mind and my price range. I wish I could show yall the before pics of what I liked, and the dress Molly found me, one I bought because its honestly incredible! Molly found me an off the rack dress that I’m convinced was made for me LOL. Not only was it in my price range, but SO similar to the style I had in mind. My wedding dress is absolutely stunning. I am so obsessed with it and I want to try it on every day.

THANK YOU, Maggie Louise staff, for helping me find my dream gown and making my engagement memories so special. I will cherish January 24th 2019 forever. Maggie Louise has my heart and I’m so blessed and lucky that I got to experience the magic that happens there.

10/10 I will recommend ML forever + always

My experience with Maggie Louise is a bit different than most. Although I did not get my gown for ML, they played a pivotal part in making my wedding day the very best day possible.

I purchased my dress from a boutique in Ann Arbor, MI called the gown shop. It was my dream gown, an alabaster colored Hayley Paige Dori gown. When I got married, I knew two things, who my husband was going to be (obviously), and what I would be wearing. My heart was set on this gown, and this is where I found it. I actually found it ~2 years before my wedding day, so it was stored safely in my closet until then.

Fast forward to literally ONE month before my wedding day. While I was at one of my alterations appointments we noticed several beads were missing and some were even hanging. Since it was one month before my destination wedding I was instantly in a panic and I did not know what to do. So, I took to Instagram as I did throughout all my wedding planning (sad, but true). I messaged Hayley Paige herself in a panic and was sure she would never message me back. To my surprise she did, and she directed me to my local HP dealer, and real life wedding lifesaver, Molly at Maggie Louise.

I called Molly and told her my story, before I could even finish she offered to help me and said she would do whatever she could to make sure my day was perfect. She was going to help me, even thought I did not get my gown from her. She didn't know me or even as who I was. Within 3 days she and Ashley and Carolyn had reached out to the people at HP and had my beading ordered- ARE YOU KIDDING ME? I was in shock! I could not believe they went out of their way and did whatever they could to get my beading for me. They updated me throughout the entire process and they were so kind, calming and reassuring.

Not to mention, the girls at Maggie Louise did all of this for FREE! They did not ask for a dime for the beading or the rushed shipping costs. They literally just wanted to do whatever they could to make my wedding day everything I wanted and more.

I am SO SO SO grateful for each of these wonderful women! They seriously made my wedding day! They helped me in the biggest way possible when they didn't have to. They could have said, "Sorry, we don't have the beading, we can't help you". Instead, they went above and beyond to make sure they got it for me as soon as possible.

Not only did they do this, they also have emailed me and checked on me since I got married- YES, THEY ARE THAT GOOD!

I promise, if you can go to ML, you will not regret it!

This review is SO overdue! They truly are special and they will make sure, as a bride, you feel special, too! I can not recommend them enough!

Absolutely Wonderful!

Molly at Maggie Louise takes customer service to a whole new level. Moments after stepping in, Molly was at my side helping me try on dresses and giving me real feedback-- she acts more like a best friend or sister than a salesperson. I had gone to 4 other bridal salons before going to Maggie Louise and I can’t even begin to say what a refreshing experience it was.
First, Molly only takes one bride at a time to try on dresses which really makes the moment special. Unfortunately for me, I had to go dress shopping by myself as my family is from out of town, but with Molly assisting me, I had no issues selecting my dream dress. On that first appointment, Molly set aside a few dresses she thought I wanted based on my style and price range as the appointment went on she picked up other dresses for me to try on that I hadn’t even considered but were gorgeous on. Leaving that initial appointment, I knew that I had found my wedding dress and couldn’t have been more happy. I felt so beautiful in my dress and everyone agreed that it was stunning.
What sets Molly apart from the rest is her passion for weddings and making sure the bride has the dress that makes her feel the most beautiful for her special day. In other places, I was sent to walk around on my own and just choose from a wide selection of bridal gowns which is very overwhelming. Molly hears what you’re looking for, looks at your body type and just narrows it down with you. She also takes front and back pictures of you in the dresses you like so that you can refer to them later on and make your decision-- maybe with the help of your loved ones as well. The boutique and its atmosphere are very welcoming and just exude all the qualities a bride invisions on the elegance of her wedding day.
I would highly recommend all brides to go to Maggie Louise for their wedding dress needs, it was truly an unparalleled experience.

I made only ONE dress appointment because I had that much confidence in this team. I could never put into words how grateful I am that I found Maggie Louise. The moment I got engaged, I knew the dress was top priority for me (and my fiancé too!). I currently live in Knoxville but did not feel the bridal shops in my area were a good match for my style. I had heard SO many wonderful things about this eclectic bridal shop in Memphis so I contacted them. My schedule is madness and Molly was super patient with me scheduling my appointment 8 months in advance. I literally counted down the days! A few weeks prior my appointment, Molly sent me the cutest card + coffee gift card (let’s be real, she won me over then). The week of my appointment, we scheduled a phone consult to pick my brain-my style, my budget, my wedding details, and my favorite designers. I LOVED that phone consult! It made me feel like they truly cared about selecting the best options for me, not wasting my time (or theirs!) on dresses I wouldn’t like or wouldn’t match my wedding. Molly & her team we’re SO sweet upon our arrival to the shop. I brought several of my family members, my fiancé, and even FaceTimed a few friends who couldn’t make it. They treated EACH person important to me with love and care. They had cookies and champagne ready for everyone. And the shop IS SO DANG ADORABLE!!! Molly had 10 or so gowns picked out for me based on my wedding vision-they were EXACTLY what I had imagined trying on. She even had a gown brought in JUST FOR ME that morning because she really felt it was perfect for me. And GUESS WHAT?! That’s the dress I chose! Without her, I probably would have never even been offered this gown to try on. The quality, love, compassion, knowledge, efficiency, and care can not be beat. The whole process was SO easy and I am so incredibly grateful for my experience with this team. This is a choice I will never ever ever ever regret!

The crew at Maggie Louise are absolutely amazing and the sweetest. Molly was a doll from my very first call. She took the time to hear our love story and really get to know me and our vision for our big day.
If that wasn't enough, she even scheduled a follow up call a couple weeks out to figure out a little more about me and what I had envisioned for my dream dress. SHE KNOCKED IT OUT OF THE PARK!
The second we walked in it was like seeing an old friend! We talked all things mom and silly kiddos like we had known each others sweet babes all our lives. She showed us around her beautiful boutique and made us feel right at home! She grabbed a few dresses but she told me right from the get go that she had this one in mind for me. IT WAS A DREAM! Seriously the very first dress she had me try on fit me, my vision, and everything in between ABSOLUTELY PERFECTLY! Everything I could have imagine and more and she made it so effortless!
I can not thank Molly and her team enough for making wedding planning fun and easy! And more importantly, thank you for already making me feel like the most beautiful bride in the world!

This is the ONLY store you should go to for your dress. The experience at Maggie Louise was overall my best experience throughout the entire wedding planning process. Molly and the ML Gals made sure I found the dress that was for me. I had a vision in my head of what I wanted, but Molly had me try on various different styles and I am so thankful she did. I wish I could spend every day shopping at ML! Not only because the dresses are gorgeous, but MAN do these wonderful people know how to make a girl feel loved! Molly makes you feel like you are the only bride in the world even before you step foot in ML. From a 20 minute phone conversation days before my appointment to a hand written letter afterwards, her genuine desire to get to know her brides and express her excitement and gratitude made the already exciting experience of wedding dress shopping even more meaningful. Couldn't possibly ask for a better wedding dress selection experience. From initial contact, filling out the online form.. to to when Molly reached out to schedule a phone interview to discuss what I wanted, liked, etc to the big day when I said yes to the dress! I have been with my sister and best friend, too, and we have all had the same five star experience! I may be a little biased because my brother and sister-in-law own Maggie Louise, but my true, unbiased opinion is that I cannot recommend Maggie Louise enough. I was with my sister-in-law when she went to her very first bridal fashion week in New York and let me just tell you that what I saw was unforgettable. Molly has a true passion for what she does and it was on that trip that I really realized she had found her calling. Not only does she want you to find the dress of your dreams, but she wants to make sure from start to finish you are the center of attention and that finding your dress is the most magical experience. It was a no brainer for me that I would get my dress there. Not because my brother and sister-in-law own it. But because it truly was one of the most extraordinary experiences of planning my wedding.

Ah, I am so happy I called them. I had called a big "run of the mill" monster right outside Memphis and made an appointment. I felt like a number. When I called Maggie Louise, the owner and I spoke and she was the kindest, warmest person. I emailed her my ideas and when I arrived - I had the entire store to myself & my family/friends. I felt so special. By the 3rd dress - I knew it was "the one". She found the dress that was in my budget. The dress came in when she promised, the alterations lady was amazing & delivered to her promise also. When I think about Maggie Louise, I just can't help but smile. Molly & Kaleigh are absolutely beautiful souls and I feel so blessed to have meet them on this journey. Meeting Molly & Kaleigh was definitely a highlight of my experience and I can’t express to you enough how genuine, kind, knowledgeable and sweet they truly are! Originally from CA and currently living in Memphis, I had my mom and sister fly in for the the weekend, so that we could look for my wedding dress. Along with them, I also had my fiancé’s mom, grandmother and two sisters, who I am so lucky to call my family, however with 6 amazing women I felt anxious about what they would think as I tried on each dress. However, Molly & Kaleigh created an environment where I felt so calm, peaceful and bridal during my entire appointment. They took what I was looking for and the vision I had and I walked away as a "Maggie Louise Bride”! I can’t thank Molly & Kaleigh enough for the most magical day I had pictured for so long. My experience with Maggie Louise Bridal was flawless. From the moment I booked my appointment I knew I was in for a personal and special experience. Molly and I spoke over the phone for a consultation about all of the details (what I wanted in a dress, venue, date, etc.) and the closer I got to the appointment, the more excited I got. When I arrived I was in awe of the chic and glamorous decor! Molly was very welcoming and such a pleasure to work with. I can NOT believe this but the first dress I tried on was THE DRESS!!! I tried on several other beautiful gowns but I could't get over that first dress. Molly nailed my style and vision! I couldn't see myself in any other dress. Molly, thank you again for such a beautiful experience. I highly recommend ML Bridal! :)

I could not have more positive things to say about my experience at Maggie Louise! They were prepared before I even walked in to help me find the dress of my dreams and could not have been kinder or more helpful during my seamless appointment. The team there is top notch. Don't even go anywhere else; you'll wish that you had only gone to Maggie Louise and knocked it out of the park on the first try! Run to ML. I don't know if words can describe how amazing my experience was at ML. Molly made me feel so special and important and that nothing else mattered but helping me find THE dress. She is the BEST! Prior to my appointment I received two phone calls (one from Molly herself) just to chat about what my vision was. She was so welcoming when we got to her store and so kindly accommodated my guests. Molly made me feel so comfortable and never once pressured me to choose anything. She is so knowledgeable about gowns and was able to read me so well which helped me remain as cool as a cucumber! If I could give more than 5 stars I totally would b/c it was just that wonderful!

Molly and her team are wonderful! I was able to find my dress in one appointment and I never had to visit any other salons. The whole experience at ML was pure + total magic. Molly gets to know you BEFORE you ever enter the doors. She takes her time + has a special gift for what she does. Bridal shops are usually overwhelming + rushed, but Molly made sure I felt comfortable + welcomed. If you are looking for somewhere to get your gown-- THIS IS IT. You will not regret it. Other bridal salons are impersonal. Molly is the TOTAL opposite. Not only does she find out your taste, vision, like/dislikes before you enter her doors; she continues to follow up with you after you have purchased a dress. Thankful that Maggie Louise exists + that God placed Molly in my path + life. Choose ML-- Always.

I will NEVER recommend another bridal boutique for Memphis brides (or any, really). Maggie Louise has the most beautiful selection of gowns and even more beautiful and wonderful owner to guide you through the process with professionalism, attention to detail, and southern sweetness. Molly so perfectly guided me to what I didn't even know was my DREAM dress. I would give more than 5 stars if I had the option.

I can't say enough wonderful things about my Maggie Louise experience! I was the bride who waited and waited before going to look for dresses - I guess I was scared I wouldn't like myself in one, I'm not sure? So, one year after I got engaged, I finally called and scheduled my first appointment. Up until this point, I hadn't really felt like a bride. I felt like I was planning a huge party, but I just hadn't felt that special "I'm getting married" feeling. I thought I knew what I wanted, and those definitely looked beautiful, but, in the end, THE dress was one that was totally unexpected! They knew what would look better on me than I could ever guess! Thank you, Molly, for everything so far! Thank you for finding a dress that made me finally feel like a bride, and, most importantly, thank you for doing it with such genuine kindness!

Where do I even begin to describe my ML experience... First of, I found my dress in 15 mins of walking into the saloon. I visited 2 other saloons prior to my appointment at ML. I found very pretty dresses there but nothing I was going to pull the trigger on.. The thing that makes ML stand out to me is not just their beautiful selection of dresses that Molly carefully picked , but also the service I got when I made an appointment with them. Molly and kayliegh are the 2 most wonderful people I've ever met. They made my experience very memorable, listened to my needs and guided me through my journey, and they were very accommodating. I am so glad that I found my dress at Maggie Louise! I recommend ML to anyone that is getting married... They truly are amazing people to work with!

How do I even put my PERFECT Maggie Louise experience into words?!?! This was truly one of the most magical days of my life! I can't speak highly enough of Molly and the rest of her amazing team. Molly is one of the most genuine people I have ever met and she truly cares about her ML brides! I really loved that ML contacted me prior to my appointment to get an idea of what I envisioned myself wearing on my big day. I went into this experience open minded with zero clue as to what type of dress I wanted, but with Mollys expertise and preparation, I had no doubt that I would be walking out an ML bride! Throughout out my entire appointment I felt confident, beautiful, and even more excited about my big day (which I never thought I could be more excited than I already am)!!!! I brought my mother, grandmother, two sisters, and best friend. They all had a blast as well and were included just as much!! Needless to say, I can hardly wait to slip into by beautiful dress again on November 19!!! This was nothing short of a perfect experience and I am so happy to forever be an ML BRIDE!

Hands down the best bridal boutique EVER! I cannot thank Maggie Louise enough for making my wedding dress shopping experience so special for my family and me. My mother and mimi live 5.5 hours away, so when they were in town to help me shop for a dress, I could not have picked a more perfect place. Maggie Louise makes every ounce of your shopping day special from the moment you walk in to leaving with the most adorable Future Mrs. Garment bag ever! The décor is glamorous and chic! From the very first point of contact I could tell that this experience was going to be exceptional. I requested an appointment on their website, and almost immediately afterward I received an email from Kaleigh, the boutique manager. Kaleigh wanted to see if I would be available to talk that afternoon, so we set up a time after work. When Kaleigh called I really didn't know what to expect, but it was very laid back and we just discussed general ideas that I liked for wedding gowns, my budget, and if I had seen any designers that I liked. From my ideas Kaleigh informed me that they would be having a trunk show in the next few weeks and she thought it was a designer that I would really like. We scheduled my appointment, but that wasn't the end of it. In the weeks leading up to my appointment Kaleigh continued to email me, answered all of my questions, and browsed my pinterest boards to get even more ideas of what I was looking for. When the day of the appointment finally came, it was clear that Kaleigh and Molly had done their research. Every dress they pulled was gorgeous and I had an incredibly hard time narrowing it down. Molly gave me a mental game to play, and told me I was only allowed to have three favorites, and every time I tried on a new dress I either had to say no or eliminate one of the others I had in one of the top three spots. This helped tremendously, because I started seeing a very clear vision of what I was wanting instead of just a bunch of gorgeous gowns. Every gown I tried on was within my budget, and almost everything I put on was able to be customized in some way or another. The girls offered straps, they offered sashes, they offered different skirts, and at one point Molly put an entire lace shirt over the top of a gown that transformed it completely. I literally felt like I could have whatever I wanted that day, it was amazing.

Do not go anywhere else to find your dress!! You will never find a bridal boutique better then Maggie Louise!! Molly and Kaleigh are amazing!!! I was so nervous about finding the perfect dress and they were so patient and helpful the entire time. They got to know me before our meeting and knew exactly what I wanted. When I came in they were ready for me with the most beautiful dresses I have ever seen and all in my budget. The dress that I said yes to was one of the first I tried on. When I got dress jitters and said I needed to try on more dresses just to be sure they ordered me in several dresses from one of their designers and then opened the store for me just so I could be sure of my choice. They went above and beyond to help me. They made my dress search so special and fun. I cannot say enough good things about my entire experience with them.

Easily the best experience I had shopping for a gown! You are scheduled for your own private session, so you have the entire shop to yourself. Molly and Kayleigh are delightful. They give you their expertise without being pushy. Their gowns were definitely the most expensive that I looked at, and I ended up choosing one above my set budget. That said, before Molly even let me try it on, she made sure that I was okay with considering a higher price. She was also able to give me some different fabric options to save some money where I could. After I chose my gown, she measured me in my skivvies to have the dress tailor made to fit. (Noteworthy: when calling around town to tailors to talk about hems and bustles, my mother spoke to several seamstresses who RAVED about how good Molly is at getting the right fit.)

Definitely, definitely worth considering!

There are really no words to describe how awesome the girls at Maggie Louise are! Molly and Kaleigh aren't just there to sale you a wedding dress, they truly care about you and want to get to know you. I found my dream gown in a bridal magazine and quickly researched it online to find out that Maggie Louise was the only place in the area that carried it. Not knowing much about ML, I was nervous about even going to try the dress on. My mom and I went in and I felt an instant connection with Molly and I kept thinking to myself "oh yeah, this is the best place ever." The hospitality was pretty equivalent to Disney World and how magical they make everyone feel!!! I've heard horror stories of soon-to-be brides going dress shopping at various places being rushed, stressed and completely overwhelmed, but those same girls have not been to ML (there's no way)!!!!! If you're looking for wedding gown, go to Maggie Louise, you won't be disappointed!!!

If you are a bride-to-be, you absolutely MUST go to Maggie Louise! Molly, Kaleigh, and Eric are absolute dreams to work with! I was a little nervous about shopping for my dream dress – primarily because I am extremely budget conscious. I obviously wanted a beautiful dress but I wasn’t willing to break the bank either. I hesitated to go to ML at first because I was afraid it would be far and above my price range. NOT TRUE! I was pleasantly surprised upon my first phone consultation that the ML team has a wide variety of dresses – both in style and price alike. On the day of my appointment I walked in and I was immediately brown away! Molly, the owner, had already picked a handful of dresses that were in keeping with my style and budget. She was so attentive and intentional in her selections. Every dress I tried on was gorgeous. Seriously, there is not a bad dress in the entire store. BUT, as we slipped on this stunning Monique Lhuillier gown I knew it was the one. I had never seen anything like it. It was classic, elegant, and timeless. Yet, true to form, I didn’t buy it that evening. I had another bridal appointment that Saturday and I felt like I owed it to myself to explore all options before committing. Molly totally understood. She was not pushy or insistent. I did my due diligence and went to my second bridal appointment. It was NOTHING like my experience at Maggie Louise where we received one-to-one attention in a relaxed and chic environment. The second place (a bridal gown warehouse) was overly crowded and the staff was underprepared. For the first part of my appointment they didn’t even have a dressing room for me. I was asked to try on dresses in front of complete strangers. Unacceptable! I left feeling extremely confident in my decision to buy the my dress from ML. My advice for future brides would be to start and end with ML. They are the best in the business. Cheers to Maggie Louise!

From the second I contacted Maggie Louise, I was wowed. The ML team provided the absolute best bridal shopping experience I've ever had, by far. (And I had previously shopped in Dallas, which has a huge bridal market).

ML was the only bridal boutique that took the time to get to know me before I even walked into the boutique. We had a couple of phone consultations, I completed a short form to outline my expectations and the girls spent time on my wedding Pinterest page to inform the direction of our appointment. When I arrived for my appointment, I had the entire boutique to myself and my party. Molly (the owner) and Kaleigh (the office manager) dedicated 100% of their attention to me for the 2 hours I was there. Plus, I was immediately comfortable because of the time we had spent chatting in advance. Molly + Kaleigh had already pulled options for me based on our consultations, so no time was wasted flipping through overwhelming racks of gowns. Throughout the appointment, they tossed in diverse styles to make sure I felt 100% confident in my choice.

I didn't choose a gown on my first go-around (I'm just too analytical for that). So, Kaleigh kept me updated as trunk shows and new designers came into the shop. She really understood the style/feel I was going for, and didn't try to force me into a dress just to make a sale. Eventually, I found my dream gown flipping through racks in a Dallas boutique... but I so enjoyed my experience with ML, that I still wanted to order through them. They carried the designer and graciously made it happen. I can't wait to receive my gown later this year!

This was the best part of my emigre wedding planning experience. Molly (the owner) has excellent taste, and every gown in her shop is exquisite! There is something for every personality here. Absolutely gorgeous gowns...and I have been to many bridal shops and tried on a lot of gowns. The prices are very reasonable as well, especially for the quality and design. The experience was lovely as well...they close the store for two hours for each bride, so my mom, MOH, and I had the whole place to ourselves, complete with champagne!! Really an all around great place. I highly recommend, even to out-of-town brides, worth the trip!

I felt like a princess as soon as I walked through the door. Molly was so helpful because I walked in knowing what I wanted and she made sure to pull those dresses for me! She even pulled dresses that I never thought I would see myself in and I fell in love with those also. She has an eye for design and made me feel amazing every time I put a dress on. I only went to one place to find my wedding dress and SO glad I found my dress at Maggie Louise. I could not have asked for a better experience. I loved having the whole studio myself and I didn't feel rushed at all. Molly wanted to make sure I absolutely loved the dress instead of just settling. If you want a one of a kind experience and an experience that you will never forget then I highly recommend going to Maggie Louise.

Where do I begin! I went to high school with Molly and followed Maggie Louis on Facebook since she opened. The day after my fiancé popped the question, I was on the website looking for a holiday appointment. Kaleigh called to get me scheduled for both a phone (week prior) and bridal consultation.

After seeing the bridal questionnaire, I got really nervous about pricing (I wanted to stay around $2K but the questionnaire said the average dress was $3500) but Kaleigh quickly put my mind at ease. She listened to my rambles, asked questions about my dream dress, and said they'd be ready with pulls in my price point when I arrived.

Molly was super welcoming, gave me a tour of the boutique, and we quickly played catchup over lost time. She walked me through the entire consultation and picked a dress for me to try. IT WAS THE ONE!!!! The very first dress I tried on and boy was in AMAZING! We tried on some other styles all of which were beautiful, but nothing compared to the first one.

When I look at pictures of my dress my face lights up! It's the most beautiful thing I've ever seen in my life and I am so thankful for Molly, Kaleigh, and Eric. They are incredible people and the work they do on a daily basis is amazing!

If you're engaged and looking for the dress of your dreams... you MUST go to Maggie Louis!!

I had the most amazing experience at Maggie Louise! The ladies were so helpful and made my first bridal dress appointment awesome! My guests (Mom and two friends) had fun as well. I would recommend the team at Maggie Louise to anyone. Memphis definitely needed this store. :)

I could not have asked for a better wedding dress shopping experience! Maggie Louise was the first place I went to try on wedding dresses and the only place I went. Molly and Kaleigh are beyond amazing!! I love that they set up a time the Monday before my Saturday appointment for a phone consultation to discuss what I was looking for in detail. They had so many options ready for me when I got there and it just made the whole experience smooth and relaxing. They listened perfectly to what I wanted and also gave me an option of something slightly different but knew would look good on me- which ended up being the dress I fell in LOVE with!! I was so impressed with how spot on they were! Another great part about my experience at Maggie Louise was that I was the only bride in there so I had their undivided attention. It made the occasion feel even more special and personal. I also received a handwritten thank you note shortly after my appointment. Their love for what they do is beyond apparent!
I highly recommend Maggie Louise to every bride!!!

The Ladies (And gent!) at Maggie Louise are beyond amazing. I don't think I can do them justice with just this one review! I worked as a wedding planner for several years and they are by far the most professional and customer oriented vendor I have ever worked with in the industry. As a bride I knew that I would find my dress here and never had any doubts. We combined pieces from several different designers to build my dream dress. You receive a completely personalized and custom experience. From the discussions prior to your visit, to the survey and sharing of pictures, because of the effort and attention they put into getting to know each bride Molly and Kaleigh already know what to have ready for you when you and your crew arrive. I highly recommend that anyone in the greater Memphis area (or further!) choose Maggie Louise.

The ladies, Molly & Kaleigh, were so nice and helpful. They took the time to get to know me prior to my appointment and helped me pick that perfect dress. I had a whole day planned for my crew with Maggie Louise being that first stop of the day. Because of the first impression they gave me before I went, I was hoping I found THE dress there. And I did! Maggie Louise is the place to go if you want a personalized wedding shopping experience. The ladies here are incredible. My sisters, my mom, and myself felt incredibly at ease working with Molly and the ML ladies. I started my wedding gown search with ML and I was so happy I did. While I didn't end up order my dream dress while I was there, it was never far from my mind. I hesitated to commit to the dress since it was one of the first I tried on. But a few days later, I could not stop picturing myself wearing the Martina Liana I had tried on and I ordered the dress over the phone. With less than 6 months to my wedding, Molly rushed my wedding dress to me for alterations. I was so happy to finally get to see my dress again. I had a very different style that fit me and my personality, perfectly. And till this day, I get so many compliments on the dress. And of course, my husband loved it! Thank you Molly and the ladies of Maggie Louise Bridal for providing exceptional client experience and for making my wedding shopping experience a memorable one.

Maggie Louise provided a wonderful experience! I walked in with no idea what kind of dress I wanted and walked out with a beautiful, stunning, perfect wedding dress! I had a great experience when I bought my dress at Maggie Louise. Molly had me choose a few gowns that I wanted to try on and then she picked a few that she thought I would like. I ended up getting one of the dresses she picked out. She let me try on as many as I needed and was extremely kind and patient when I was trying on dresses. If you are looking for a personal and intimate shopping experience, I'd highly recommend the ladies at Maggie Louise.

Maggie Louise Bridal is THE place to go if you want to find your perfect dress, stress free. My experience with Maggie Louise went above and beyond my expectations before I even arrived for my appointment. After contacting ML about setting up an appointment, they quickly got back to me, set up my appointment, and set up an over-the-phone consultation to get a feel for what my hopes were as far as style and budget for a dress. After getting off the phone with Molly, the store owner, I felt at ease knowing that she was going to go the extra mile to help me find my dress- and she did just that! My mom, my best friend, and I were greeted with smiles, champagne, and dresses that Molly and Jordan had already pulled for me based on my phone consultation. I didn’t try on one dress that I didn’t like! Once I narrowed down the dresses to my absolute favorites we paired them with veils and took a few photos to compare. I never felt any pressure and felt confident throughout the entire process because Molly and Jordan were so incredible- they are so good at what they do and it is clear that they love doing it. These girls are truly gifted! We all agreed on “the one” and had a mini celebration. I walked out of Maggie Louise with a fabulous couture gown on the way, a huge smile, and a couple of new friends. I can’t wait to return to ML when my dress comes in- I traveled from Jackson, MS for the appointment, well worth the trip! I will cherish this experience forever. XO, Lane

I followed Maggie Louise on Instagram for years (yes - years!) and I have always been impressed with how the owner, Molly, and her team carried themselves online as a business. They treat everyone that they interact with as a friend, and I can honestly say that I consider them all friends!

Before I had stepped foot in Maggie Louise, I had tried on at least 20 other dresses at various other stores in the Memphis, Tennessee area. I have never ever been treated so kindly at a bridal boutique (or any store in general!) than I was at Maggie Louise!

Molly & Jordan had already hand picked several dresses that they thought picked my style based on my Pinterest board that I shared with them. Y'all, they did so good in picking out my style!! The entire experience exceed my expectations. I got dressed in the most lavish dressing room, there was a robe for me to wear when I wanted to take a break, my guests all lounged on ML's gorgeous couches & sipped on bubby. Ok, I sipped on bubbly too!

I wish I could marry my fiancé a thousand times, plus some, so I could go to Maggie Louise and be treated like a princess!

Ladies, if you go here - you will not be disappointed. The ML gals never pressured me into making a purchase, but I was so happy to give them my business.

I went to Kay's Kreations in Tupelo, MS before going to MLB. The person who helped me did not make me feel special and was not helpful whatsoever.. So I made an appointment online (which was super easy!) for Maggie Louise Bridal for the following week.. BEST. DAY. EVER. Molly, the owner, greeted my family and I like she had known us forever! She made trying on dresses more than I ever could have imagined! I went during their sale and Molly still treated me like I was a Queen! She was so patient and seemed to really understand what dresses I liked and fit my shape the best! I ended up Saying Yes To The Dress and would recommend EVERY bride who wants an unforgettable experience to go to Maggie Louise! Molly goes over and beyond and even sent me a personal email AND personal hand written thank you note!!

Maggie Louise went beyond my expectations. I had never tried on gowns and did not expect to find one at the first store. I felt like a princess the whole time I was there. They were so attentive. I do not think I could have asked for a better experience nor could have found one! I've already been telling people whenever they get married, go to Maggie Louise to get their dress! I am from Mississippi and I have been with friends and family for them to get their dresses at places back home and none of those places even come close to the great experience I had at Maggie Louise.

Maggie Louise is a little slice of heaven! Honestly, I never considered shopping for my wedding dress anywhere else. Molly was so accommodating and helpful through the whole process and she really made sure to consider my personality/overall style when recommending dresses for me to try. Everyone planning a wedding knows that it is very stressful, but the ML experience ensures that the process of choosing your wedding dress is nothing short of magical. In my opinion, ML is the full package. It is not only the dresses that make it so wonderful it is that feeling you get the minute you walk through the door. Southern hospitality radiates from all of the girls who work here. I am so happy with my dress and I cannot wait for October 17th.

Molly at Maggie Louise is so sweet and thoughtful. When I arrived they already had multiple dresses pulled for me to see. This made it really easy to narrow down which type of styles I wanted to try on. My family was able to sit and relax while Molly and her employee did all the work. The shop is beautiful and the service was impeccable. They helped me stay in my budget while finding the dress of my dreams. I was the only bride in the store and had a wonderful personal experience. The only down side is that I don't have a reason to go back! Loved Maggie Louise!

I had an amazing experience choosing my wedding dress at Maggie Louise!! I live in San Francisco and traveled to shop with my parents who live in Memphis, and Molly and Lauren made the trip(s!) 100% worth it!! The salon is small, intimate, and so calming- I felt at ease the moment I walked in. I was pretty unsure what I wanted in a dress, and on my first visit Lauren had pulled dresses in a bunch of styles, fits, and embellishments. She was incredibly helpful as I narrowed down my preferences and picked a few gowns myself. Meanwhile, my mom, dad, and sister enjoyed a bottle of sparkling wine and browsed the gowns and accessories. On my first visit, I fell in love with a Paloma Blanca gown, but wasn't ready to commit just yet. I felt no pressure from Molly or Lauren, and went home to sleep on the decision. Later that night, while looking on the designer's website, I saw a slightly different version of the dress that fit more of what I was looking for. Molly and Lauren went out of their way to request the dress from the designer and set up a second appointment for me to try it on.

After ALL that, on my second visit, I ended up loving the very first dress I tried on in my first appointment- Just goes to show what great taste Molly and Lauren have :) Even through all of my indecision and special requests, Lauren and Molly were totally accommodating and completely understood what an important decision I was making. I'm so glad that I got to choose my wedding dress with the help of such warm, professional, helpful, understanding, and amazing ladies, and I can't wait to wear my Maggie Louise dress on my wedding!! Thank you, Lauren and Molly, for such a great experience!!

My daughter spoke to the owner before we went in and told her exactly what she would like. The very first dress she tried on was exactly what she envisioned for her wedding. When you walk into Maggie Louise, you are greeted with a warm smile from the store owner Molly. From that moment you know you are in good hands. Molly personally hand picked my dresses and new exactly what would work for my body type before I did. She knew (based on our many prior conversations) what colors I was looking for but surprised me with so many more than I was expecting. Each dress was more beautiful than the next with every style, color and fit you could want. Her accessories were top notch and she new how to accessorize perfectly within your budget. Molly made me feel like a princess and I knew without a doubt that I had made the right choice with her boutique. She is such an amazing person inside and out and it reflects in her business. Molly was so amazing at helping me find the perfect dress! She went above and beyond to get a dress at the shop that I wanted to try on. The hard part was picking one dress out of all the gorgeous dresses she has! After my first appointment at Maggie Louise, I knew I would find my wedding dress there. The service is so personal and the team genuinely wants you to find the right dress and for you to feel confident with your decision. They were very patient with me and were able to help me articulate my style. I would not recommend any other bridal shop except this one. I had the best experience here! Molly was wonderful to work with. I sent her pictures before I came to show her what I was looking for. When I got there, she had pulled some dresses out already for me to try on. Well, turns out, I was not a fan of the style dress I had picked out, so Molly let my family and planner go through all the dresses in the back and we found the perfect dress! Molly and the girls at Maggie Louise are THE BEST!!! They made everything about the experience all that I had dreamed of! Molly was patient, kind and so much fun to work with throughout my appointment. I got to try on all of my favorite dresses, and she never got annoyed with me when I needed to try on several of them on again and again. :) Then, when I finally found "THE ONE", she took time to help me really envision myself as a bride, adding different types of veils. She was even standing ready with a box of kleenex when I started to cry as I realized I was wearing my DREAM gown!! I cannot WAIT to go back when my dress arrives in May. I could not rate Maggie Louise or Molly high enough! When wedding dress shopping for my little sister, it was anything but a great experience. We would walk into a bridal store, may or may not get greeted by anyone, and then have to struggle to search for the "perfect dress" that was shoved into a bag. When it was my turn to search for a wedding dress, I was not excited at all. I dreaded going from store to store and seeing the same dresses that were displayed at all bridal stores, and then have to negotiate for a fair price. When I called and made an appointment with Molly, she not only asked what I wanted in a wedding dress, but also for wedding as a whole. I sent her my pinterest board titled "My Dream Gown". I wanted my sister to go with me, but both of our work schedules were conflicting. Molly offered to keep her store open a little later just so I could come. When I walked in, she had already picked out dresses (within my budget) that she thought I would really like based on what I told her I wanted + my pinterest board. I loved almost every dress that she picked out, but it was the 4th or 5th one I put when I knew it was the one! Maggie Louise was the first store I went to, and tried on very few dresses before I was sold! She made everything so easy for me. She was so kind, and made sure I was so comfortable and happy! Aside from unsurpassable customer service, her store is absolutely gorgeous! She made me feel so beautiful, and treated me like I was the only bride she had! Molly, I can not say enough good things about you and your store! Thank you for making what can be the most stressful part of wedding planning, easier than I could ever imagine!

I knew Maggie Louise was a special place from the very first time I contacted them about an appointment. Booking a time is made easy via ML's website or phone, and the girls are so quick to respond and meet scheduling needs of their brides (a must when you have a packed calendar during your engagement). Before I ever set foot in the store, information had been gathered about dress styles I was interested in, the style of our wedding, and any special requests I had for the visit. All of this prep work is a labor of love for Molly and Lauren, and it makes appointments with them flow seamlessly.

When I arrived for my appointment, they'd pulled dresses that they felt I'd love and allowed me to do my own browsing for any that they'd not already chosen. The first dress I tried on was the one, and after trying on a few others just to be sure, it was settled. Once we'd chosen it, the girls at ML helped me to customize the gown from head to toe. They didn't bat an eye at changing up necklines, train length, and details to make the gown 100% mine. I left the store that day completely confident that the dress would come in just as I dreamed, as they were so careful to get every detail in writing for the designer.

I intentionally waited to write this review until the dress came in so I could give an all inclusive account of my experience with ML. The dress is in, and it exceeded and blew out of the water every expectation I had! Every inch is just as I imagined! The girls at ML are both recent brides, so both inherently understood the importance of the gown. They gave one thousand percent to my dress from start to finish, and we had such fun doing it!

In short, you'd be silly to go anywhere else for your gown. The experience, the outcome, and the girls there are second to none!

I was torn between two dresses and she went out of her way to contact the designer and ensured that I could have both dresses in one by getting a custom!! I can't wait for it to arrive. I am so excited. ML has the best customer service! I will be recommending ML to all my newly engaged friends!

So easy to work with. Great selection of dresses with great ideas on how to put the final look together. They were kind, patient, and fun to work with. I am so thankful I found my dress at Maggie Louise!

Maggie Louise is an exquisite yet down-to-earth bridal shop. Molly, the owner, makes you feel right at home but also has the ability to make you feel like the most beautiful bride that's come through the door! I tried on so many dresses and went back and forth about what I wanted, but she was patient and determined about finding the perfect dress for me. We definitely found the perfect dress, and the whole process made it feel so real for not only me, but also my sister and mom who had come shopping with me. This is a perfect place to eliminate the stress of wedding-planning and dress-finding and focus on yourself and how much fun this time really is. We are so grateful for such a wonderful experience and memory!

After so much searching in San Diego, it wasn't until I was in Memphis with family for a graduation that I was lucky enough to happen by this gem. Searching for a wedding dress can be so difficult and involve so much pressure, but it was so easy here from the moment I walked in. Molly actually worked with me ahead of time to get a sense of what I would like and she nailed it because the first dress I tried was it. There were so many "maybes" and possibilities before, but here it was easy to say "Yes" to the dress. Getting the dress made and to my home in San Diego was, if it is even possible, even easier. My dress was a Martina Liana, with a beaded and lace pattern.

Maggie Louise is the BEST & PERFECT experience for ANY and ALL brides. I was absolutely blown away by my experience here, I will recommend it to everyone. My anxiety for finding my dress was through the roof when I started making appointments. Because of Holly at Maggie Louise, finding my dress was greater than anything I could have imagined. To begin with, you can make appointments online, which I found extremely convenient. Almost immediately I received a follow up e-mail, from Molly herself, prompting to fill out more information about myself, what I was looking for, & dresses that I liked. This blew me away that she took so much interest before the appointment. When we got there, dresses similar to my ideas were set aside with cupcakes & champagne for me & party to enjoy- I could tell I was in good hands. Not only did Molly pull dresses & styles that I favored, but she found out what I loved & hated about each dress to tailor the appointment & find my perfect dress. My dress ended up being no where near what I envisioned, but is beyond anything I could have hoped for, making it hard not to show my fiancé! Molly never rushed or pushed us to make an immediate decision or buy the dress right away. Not only does she know her stuff but she knows how to make you feel comfortable in your own skin & feel as important & special as a bride should. I made an appointment at Maggie Louise along with 3 others places, prepared to leave not finding a dress I love or that looked good on me at the first place. However, my experience & the dress excelled above & beyond all of my other appointments. At Maggie Louise you are treated like family & you WILL get the best experience & memories you can hope for finding your special dress.

Maggie Louise was only the second place I had been dress shopping. Immediately I knew I had to buy my dress there. Molly was so interested in what I was wanting and finding me a dress that truly fit my personality. She understands brides and what they are looking for. I LOVED her selection of dresses. There were multiple dresses that I loved but she ultimately helped me pick "the one". She has a range of gowns varying in style from traditional to modern. Seriously love this place and wish I could go try on dresses everyday just because it was so much fun!

The ladies at Maggie Louise were absolutely amazing. They were more than happy to let me try on any dresses I wanted, even ones that weren't out in the showroom. They worked with me to find the perfect size, style, and fit, and I ended up buying the fourth dress I tried on! The ladies are young and full of energy, and I wouldn't have wanted to get my dress from anywhere else. They even gave me a list of local vendors to help me put together every aspect of my wedding, not just my dress. They're affordable, and they will work within your budget. I tell every newly engaged lady I know to go here first. You won't be disappointed.

Hands down, the best place in this region to get a wedding gown in my opinion. Truly wonderful experience. I purchased my gown during a sample sale. I have the dress of my dreams AND it was 50% off. We are getting married on the beach in April and she was able to provide me exactly what my vision was. If you can afford it, go there! She is extremely helpful. Thank you so much Molly!

Last April, I visited Maggie Louise for the first time when I was accompanying my older sister for her bridal appointment. I was so impressed by Molly that when I got engaged 2 months later, she was the very first vendor I called to book an appointment! I honestly can't say enough wonderful things about my personal experience. Molly uses a consultative approach and is totally committed to helping you find the PERFECT dress. She asked all the right questions and truly listened to what I said. I'm pretty certain she knows her inventory like the back of her hand! I'm really astonished by how easy it was to find my dress. I cannot say enough about my time at Maggie Loise Bridal. It was such an incredible memory for me as I was able to share the experience with my mother and two amazing sisters. I loved how I was sent a questionaire prior to my appointment so that I could share my ideas of how I pictured the special day. Molly met us with several dresses she had in mind that would fit my style based on my questionaire. She and the Salon were so inviting. I knew the moment I walked in that this would be the place I would find my dream wedding gown. Sure enough, it only took trying on my second dress to know I had the one I would be walking down the isle in. My favorite part was knowing without a shadow of a doubt that this dress would be the dress I would see my groom in. He would be the one at the end of the isle, seeing me in this dress! What an amazing moment!

Thank you, Molly, for making my dream come true. You had a way of making me feel so special in the gowns, always providing great feedback, and encouraging me to trust my heart on what I knew I wanted in a dress. Maggie Louise does a fantastic job at finding the perfect wedding dress. I had been to several bridal boutiques in search of a dress before coming here, and at that point I wasn't sure that I would ever find my perfect dress. But Molly was a pleasure to work with and had several dresses picked out for me based on our correspondence. Maggie Louise has a thoughtful selection of dresses to suit many different types of brides. The experience is one on one, and I never felt rushed the way I had in other bridal boutiques. Molly spent almost two hours with my mom and I as we reached a decision, and she was enthusiastic and helpful the entire time.

I am so thrilled with my dress and can hardly wait until my wedding day to wear it :)

The experience at Maggie Louise is one of a kind. Although I am a new bride I have been to many bridal boutiques - all of which are incomparable to ML. I enjoyed every minute of my visit there and truly appreciate Molly and Lauren's support during the process.

Their customer service went above and beyond my expectations. They were able to get a trunk show dress in for me that they didn't actually carry yet. After purchasing that gown they followed up quickly with an e-mail about the matching veil I requested. Molly and Lauren make you feel so important. Like you're their only bride. The selection of dresses is amazing, but most important they walk you through the whole process step by step. Molly and Lauren make you feel so important. Like you're their only bride.

I HIGHLY recommend Maggie Louise for any new brides searching for that special gown!!
