Started in 1978, Music Unlimited has been a leader in the Mobile Disc Jockey business serving Benton Harbor, St. Joseph, Coloma, Watervliet, Berrien Springs and all of Southwest Michigan, but has entertained in Detroit, Lansing, Grand Rapids, Kalamazoo, South Bend, and the Chicago area. Owner / Disc Jockey Paul “Tim” Sewcyck purchased the business in 1992 and has over twenty seven years of experience as a Disc Jockey.

When you hire Music Unlimited, you hire the owner of a business who takes pride in his work and is dedicated to assisting each couple to the fullest extent possible At Music Unlimited the goal is to exceed your expectations by knowing all of the details of your wedding reception, then coordinating my efforts with the banquet facility and other professionals involved which allows our couples to enjoy themselves along with their families and friends.

Music Unlimited uses only professional sound equipment and has backup equipment available if needed. Keeping up with technology, Music Unlimited uses a computerized digital music system along with the ability to utilize CDs and even your device if you have a special music request. A LED light show is available to enhance the dancing atmosphere.

Up Lighting is so popular and a great way to enhance the look of your venue. I have the Chauvet Freedom Par RGB (red, green, blue) LED units. These are incredible lights, battery operated, so no messy cords and wirelessly controlled, including the ability to be sound activated if you'd like to add to the dancing atmosphere.

A music library of over 22k songs ranging from the 40s, 50s, 60s, 70s, 80s, 90s and all the way through and including the songs you hear today is ready for your listening and dancing pleasure. Music Unlimited subscribes to a professional music service to maintain its constantly growing music collection. Requests are taken throughout the evening and input from the bride and groom is always welcome.

Because your wedding or special event is very important to you, Music Unlimited always performs to the highest standards. As a Professional Disc Jockey, I always dress appropriately for the occasion. When planning for your wedding or special event, I will meet with you, when at all possible to sit down and discuss the details of your reception. Contracts are signed to secure the date, and an open line of communication is maintained with the client.
