Jeannette and her team were amazing! She was very flexible on scheduling meetings and she gave me a free facial and trial run! She has amazing talent and I couldn't have asked for more! She was also very willing to give suggestions on vendors during our planning. On the day of the wedding Jeannette and her team were on time, very friendly, talkative and amazing. By the end of the session myself and my bridesmaids looked amazing.

I first met Eric and Jeannette (independently of one another) 8 years ago and was instantly taken with them both. Though we didn't get to reconnect again until years later, they had truly made a wonderful impression on me and when it came time to plan my own wedding years later, I tracked them down. What luck to find that these two incredible individuals had joined forces as a dynamic stylist/photographer team AND were now also husband and wife!
My memory had served me correctly and they were as kind, thoughtful and helpful as the day that I had met them so many years ago. They joined us in Bucerias, Mexico and were the epitome of professionalism and warmth from the moment they stepped off the plane. They went to great lengths to discover just what kind of a vision we had for our wedding and they went all out to make sure that was exactly what we got. Eric's photographs captured every beautiful moment of our 2 week stay in Mexico, from the raucous to the tender moments. I can look at those gorgeous photos and I'm immediately whisked back in time to my dream wedding.
As for Jeannette's stylistic skills, the woman is a magician! She completely transformed me, my attendants, mother and mother in law into absolute bomb shells. I've never felt more beautiful... If you want to look as though you just stepped out of a fashion editorial, you absolutely must work with her!
Okay, so I've said plenty about their professionalism and talent. I cannot sing the praises of their skills loudly enough. In addition to their technical mastery, however, they are also incredible, wonderful people to spend time with. They laughed with us, stayed up late the night before the wedding chatting with me and calming my nerves... They very quickly became not just a phenomenal photographer/stylist team, but also lifelong friends.
I would work with them again in an instant and will not hesitate to recommend them to anyone who asks.

Jeannette was wonderful. She travel to Kauai from Honolulu to do my hair and make up. She cam recommended by my wedding planner and she certainly stood up to the expectation and recommendation. she made me look and feel radiant.

Did anyone get the photos back? We took wedding photos in April, but still haven't got the photos back!!! Phoned several times and emails a lot, but no answers back!!! Today is Oct 30!!!! Where is my photos?

We haven't gotten our photos back yet either, our wedding was in July and it's now December. I'm okay with giving them time, but we've been emailing both Jeannette and Eric for months now and no response. We were getting quick responses before the wedding and a few weeks after the wedding, but now nothing. I even left a voicemail on Jeanette's phone and got no call back from 3 weeks ago. We're getting worried that we'll never get our photos now that no one is responding. Jeannette and Eric were great and we loved them, but the photos are what's important. Everyone at the wedding liked both of them so much and my maid of honor even asked for their info because her brother is getting married in Kona next year. Brandi, can you help me with what I can do? I was planning on giving them a few more weeks to respond, and if I don't hear from them, I thought I would try to call my credit card company and have them take the money back. Is that possible?

We got married 5/2 with a written agreement stating we would have our pictures back by 6/2. Eric, our photographer has dodged us for the last three months after too many excuses to count for the first two months of contact. We loved working with him the day of our wedding-he is friendly and makes you feel so incredibly comfortable--that doesn't mean much though when you pay quite a bit of money for something so important and haven't received as much as an update. We just want our pictures-and sadly I'm not sure we will see them or our financial investment back. We are pursuing legal action soon-thank goodness my husbands a lawyer. This was the most important piece of our wedding and we are devastated with how this has been handled...and if we do get them back, I'm not even sure the quality will be great after this review.
