History
The building was established in 1862. It was originally a textile mill that produced blankets and uniforms for soldiers in the Civil War. In fact, “moulin” means “mill” in French.

Moulin by Brûlée Catering is near the Schuylkill River. It is 17 minutes from the Liberty Bell, Independence Hall and various historical landmarks and museums.
