We booked the lodge for our wedding. The guy we originally booked with was very nice and helpful. They have since changed their administration over multiple times, and I had no knowledge of it every single time. If you do book with them, do not try and contact through e-mail. It would take me weeks or even months to get responses. Their office is only open 9-1, so it was hard communicating with anyone. Anything the original admin told us we could do was then back-tracked on by the current admins. Thank goodness the DJs we booked with were members of the lodge or else nothing would have gotten accomplished.
I can say that the yard we used for the ceremony was gorgeous and bartenders were included in the price. I would recommend to someone with a very very tight budget, you just have to be constantly on them and be firm with what your expectations are.

We had our wedding at The Moose Lodge a couple weeks ago. The value was incomparable, as we paid less than $500 which included our hall rental, use of the outdoor ceremony space, and the bartenders. They recently painted the hall before our wedding, and it looked very nice.

Having said that, they're responsiveness leaves something to be desired. They're only open 9-1 Monday-Friday, so this made it very difficult to get ahold of anyone. When we very trying to finalize payments, it was like pulling teeth getting them to get back to us. Multiple times we were told we'd be called "for sure" by x date, and never received a call back. When we had appointments with them, on more than one occasion they had forgotten we were coming and we were left waiting for someone to be with us.

Overall, I would recommend Moose Lodge to someone on a tight budget, because as I said before their value is incomparable. If you do book with them, be sure to use their preferred DJ as they are VERY on top of things, and will ensure things go smoothly.
