Our pre-wedding photos were to start at 3:30pm, so Monica and her assistant were at the venue by 10am to get started. Myself and 4 bridesmaids were to have hair and make up done so I was a little worried about the time frame, but between Monica and her assistant working together with the ladies doing hair, everything ran very smoothly which I was very relieved about. Also with each girl that sat down in her makeup chair, she asked them up front their do’s and dont’s which put us at ease. It was nice she took the time to talk with each of us before starting and the final results showed. Each girls make up was a little different to accentuate their features. Then I saw my final look and I was beyond happy. She also took a before and after photo too which was pretty amazing! During the process she was easy to talk to and had a good sense of humor about things which helped with my nervousness about the whole day. She was prompt, prepared, open to preferences, and all with a very positive attitude and the best part of all being affordable. All of us looked very glitz and glamour which made the pics come out beautifully. She even made these little containers for each of the girls that had extra lip color to reapply throughout the night! I would highly recommend Monica Hayes for any kind of make up needs, she’s the best!

Monica did my makeup for my wedding day and it was absolutely flawless! She gave me exactly what I requested. She is also extremely easy to talk to! Monica did a beautiful job for us - each with different ages & coloring - for a wedding party. She took in to account each client's wishes & applied her expertise for an enhanced but natural look - and the make up lasted all day & night.

I really loved my makeup Monica did for my wedding it was natural just the way I wanted it. After our trial we went over some things I wanted to change and on my wedding day everything was perfect. Monica is an amazing talent and so incredibly sweet an amazing to work with. She is super responsive, and my mom and I had the best time hanging out with her and getting to know her during the trial. Everyone in our wedding party was thrilled with their makeup- her products are premium, which is apparent as soon as she opens her makeup case.
Our hairdresser got Covid and had to cancel the day before our wedding- the hairdresser's secretary said she was looking for a replacement, but we were in a panic. My mom called Monica to see if she knew anyone, and she was already coordinating with the salon that cancelled and reaching out to her contacts in to help find a replacement. Everything worked out for the best, but I was so touched that she was on our team and did that for us. Monica is a great addition to any bridal suite getting-ready time and did looks for my wedding that ranged from natural to fuller coverage depending on what people asked for- she even generously gave us small containers of products to reapply throughout the day. I highly recommend Monica!

Monica is a genius. She and Ansley did the hair and makeup for my wedding and it couldn't have been a better experience. Monica is incredibly responsive, which made planning and trial runs ahead of the wedding truly seamless. She's also just so talented. All of the women in my group wanted to look natural but improved in a way I thought only a filter could deliver. However, old and young, Monica nailed exactly what everyone requested.
