Melissa and her team worked incredibly hard to make our wedding amazing! We were referred to Melissa/Moments to Memories Events by a coworker and are so happy she came into our lives. Upon having our intro meeting with Melissa, we knew pretty quickly that she was the right planner for us. Her warm personality is immediately apparent, and she is incredibly organized across the board. We had a LOT of questions and she was always so pleasant about answering them, not to mention incredibly speedy in her replies! I would say the most valuable part of working with Melissa and her team was how insanely responsive and resourceful she is. No matter when we had a question pop up, Melissa would reply quickly and with an informative answer. If she didn’t have the answer right away, she would quickly work to find it out for us. Her tools were also super organized and effective. She uses multiple checklists and questionnaires to get an idea of what you want to see, which is incredibly helpful especially when you don’t know 100% what you want. Melissa was also great about going above and beyond when it came to ensuring that what we were getting from our vendors is what we paid for. We had issues with our venue trying (multiple times) to change what had been previously agreed upon, and Melissa was so quick to whip out our contract and negotiate in our favor, ultimately getting us exactly what we wanted and what was originally promised to us. When things ever became inflamed between us and a vendor, she was a fantastic mediator and kept stress at bay for us.

We originally had zero intentions of hiring a coordinator or planner, but after meeting Melissa we knew we had to hire her, and we are so happy we did. We both work full time and we truly would never have been able to plan our wedding without Melissa. We believe hiring her was some of the best money we spent on our wedding, hands down. She allowed us and our family to really just enjoy the day and not have to worry about details - big or small. I would re-hire Melissa ten times over to plan and coordinate any wedding or special event. She not only provides the most flawless, professional service but also provides a friendship during what can be an incredibly overwhelming and stressful time. Do yourself a favor and hire her!! You will not be disappointed!

We were truly so fortunate to come across Moments to Memories. Melissa was so on top of every detail and met with us my time times before the actual date that I felt confident in her decision making o the day of. My favorite part is that there were some things that did not go to plan due to external factors (learned from guests or photos) and we had no idea day of. That to me speaks to a high standard of trust with Melissa and in her ability to execute our vision as best as possible while allowing us to just be in the moment of such a dreamy day. 10/10 would recommend this agency again and again! If you are on the fence, just ask the questions. Melissa is so responsive and thoughtful.

When we started to plan our wedding, we quickly realized we had no idea what we were doing and had no vision or direction other than “we need a big fun party for our big fun family and friends”. In comes Melissa, who was able to take our vague ideas and turn them into the wedding of our dreams. During the initial planning phase she was attentive, helpful in guiding us toward vendors, and was realistic with us and our budget. She never once said we couldn’t achieve our crazy ideas (tattoo artist at the reception? “Hell yea!” Live band performance in the middle of the speeches? “I’ll figure it out!”) As we got closer to the wedding she made sure we were prepared and comfortable with every detail, and on wedding day she was there with us every step of the way, along with her fabulous team. Hiring Melissa was truly the best money we spent on our wedding, and we couldn’t be more thankful for her expertise and friendship!

We had the ✨best✨ experience working with Melissa from moments to memories. From the very first call, I felt like I was in great hands. Initially, she was out of our budget, but she worked with us to get a sweet spot of services provided and fitting with our budget (she gave us a screaming deal, and we are so thankful)

I needed a ton of help all the way from vendor selection/management to design and decor help. She did it all seamlessly. She designed our signage, handled all vendor contracts, pretty much you name it, she did it. Our wedding planning process was SO SMOOTH and STRESS FREE. Her attention to detail and compassion and very apparent.
The day of the wedding, we truly were guests at our own event. If anything went wrong, we had absolutely no idea. The day was perfect and I know, for a fact, that was due to the hard work put in by Melissa and her assistant, Aly.

TL;DR Hands down, the best money we spent of our entire wedding, was hiring Melissa.

Melissa is beyond worth her weight in gold. I only used her as my event coordinator and she was helping me and holding my hand throughout the entire 18 month process. She helped me fill in gaps with things I’d never think of, and had stellar connections for other amazing vendors. Would re-book her in a heartbeat, but one wedding is enough for me.

We had a crazy weather event the day of, and she helped me get things last minute so I could pull off the outdoor ceeemony of my dreams. Forever grateful to Melissa and the MtM team!!!
