We absolutely loved having Ingrid photograph our wedding! She is, without a doubt, one of the best in the business. From the start, Ingrid approached her work with such genuine care and a desire to capture real emotion. She took the time to get to know us: our story, our priorities, our family dynamics, and how we hoped to remember our wedding weekend. Ingrid was AMAZING on the day of the wedding. She did such a great job corralling our group and politely moving things along so that we could remain in the moment with our family and our guests. It is hard to find the words to describe the amazing job Ingrid at Molliner Photography did photographing our wedding and engagement session. “Job” seems so formal because along the way, Ingrid becomes more like a friend. Ingrid shoots with film and the results are absolutely stunning photos – she takes digital photos as well, and those are equally amazing! She always finds the perfect lighting and is an expert at directing you for poses (which don’t come naturally to all of us  ). Ingrid spent so much time getting to know us at our engagement session, which was in Florida, and it made our wedding in North Carolina go so smoothly because we knew the poses to do and the way she would be shooting photos. We had her husband Wayne as the second shooter at our wedding and he did such an amazing job as well, it was so wonderful to work with the two of them together. I am so so happy with Ingrid’s photos of our wedding that I would recommend Molliner Photography’s work (and really push it!) to my closest friends and family. She is a wonderful photographer and the kindest person you will meet, and choosing her to photograph our wedding and engagement session is the best decision we made!

Photography was a really important component of our small family wedding. We were looking for someone who we were able to connect with and also valued the importance of capturing those candidate, raw moments. From the start, we clicked with Ingrid. She was amazing to work with and was always so positive (even when photographing engagement pictures during a monsoon in the mountains), and willing to go the extra mile to ensure not just high quality photos, but also that you truly had the most special day. Throughout the entire planning process, Ingrid was so helpful, informative, and kind. On our wedding day, she made me and everyone else feel so confident and at ease so that we were really able to soak everything in and enjoy it! Her film/ edit makes all of your pictures looks so timeless and dreamy. We seriously haven't stopped looking at our wedding gallery since she sent it to us! She is truly one of the best wedding vendors to have on your team. Plus, I have now gained a forever friendship out of it all! My husband and I are so happy we chose to work with Molliner Photography. From the moment we met Kim, she became an instant friend and made us feel so comfortable in front of the camera. She knew exactly how to pose us and we had the sweetest time taking our engagement pictures and wedding photos. As we began to plan our wedding, we asked all our married friends, what the most important part of their wedding was (outside the ceremony of course), and to a person they all replied: the photographer. In addition to the marriage license, photos are generally the only tangible items the bride and groom walk away with after with after their wedding. We knew our memories would be a blur and there would be so much going on that we would be too busy to see. As a result, Wedding photography was my most crucial vendor. I spent hours and hours researching. I made a two page word document with vendors, prices, packages, travel fees, etc. However, after I spoke to Ingrid, I could pretty much toss out all that information. Once I found Molliner Photography it was a no brainer. She takes the time to video chat and get to know you. She follows up and interacts with you all the way until the wedding. She sees lines and light like no other and she predicts moments before they even happen. She frames you in the shot without you even knowing. She pays attention to if there’s lint on your shoulder or a hair out of place. She can direct you on how to stand, place your hands, where to look, how to walk, when you turn your head, and of course- tell your how great you look and what a natural you are (even if you aren’t). She builds you up from the inside out and makes every smile genuine. At our wedding, her second shooter was Kim. She was just as talented and a total riot. She put everyone at ease. Kim was with the groomsmen while Ingrid was with the bridesmaids. When it came to wedding group portraits- she and the boys had inside jokes already. Then at family portraits she somehow knew everyone by name. These ladies are so detailed, so personable, & so professional.
