Review for Sweetgrass Pavilion

Our experience at Sweetgrass Pavilion was nothing short of incredible! From the moment our guests checked in until the final farewell, the entire resort offered endless activities and relaxation, making it a perfect getaway for everyone attending our wedding. The wedding day itself was flawless thanks to the phenomenal staff, who ensured everything ran smoothly and without a hitch. Their attention to detail and seamless coordination made us feel so at ease throughout the entire celebration. The Sweetgrass Pavilion was the perfect venue to say "I do" — an open-air experience surrounded by nature, capped off by a stunning sunset over the mountains. It was an unforgettable setting that made our special day feel magical. We couldn’t have imagined a better place to celebrate with our friends and family. Highly recommend!

Best wedding ever!!!

My husband and I got married at the Sweetgrass Pavilion at Minerals Hotel almost two months ago in August. We have spent almost everyday talking about how much we miss our entire wedding weekend and wish we could relive it again just one more time!
I really wanted a venue that wasn’t the traditional ballroom feel. The stunning views the Sweetgrass Pavilion was unmatched. We toured the venue in January in the dead of winter when everything was bare and we still knew this was exactly where we wanted to celebrate. We got to enjoy the gorgeous sunset during our first dance and our guest have not stopped talking about what an amazing time they had the entire weekend at the wedding, and hanging out by the pool at the hotel.

We cannot say enough about the INCREDIBLE staff. We first met Rebecca who not only was incredibly kind but was able to answer all of our questions. As we got closer to the day I worked more closely with Dana… I want to book another wedding just so I could work with Dana and Kaya (our bridal attendant again). Dana is the reason I woke up the morning of my wedding and felt nothing but calm and ready for the day. Anything that needed to be done I knew Dana was able to take care of it. The week of our wedding Hurricane Debbie was making its way up the east coast, it poured the entire week and was supposed to the Saturday of our wedding. Although it wouldn’t have been ideal I was completely at ease knowing Dana was going to still help make our day feel magical. (We fortunately lucked out and woke up to the most perfect wedding day weather that Saturday morning with not a cloud in the sky, no humidity, and the perfect temperature.)

There are people who are good at their job and their are people who are simply AMAZING at their job… our bridal attendant Kaya was just that. Kaya was my everything go to girl on our wedding day. She coordinated picture spots with our photographer, made sure we and our family were fed and happy, helped clean the muddy dog print off my wedding dress, bustled my wedding dress, and made sure my husband and I had a drink in our hands at all times. She took care of our bridal party and us with a smile on her face the whole time. She had our leftover food packed up and stored in our hotel room refrigerator for us. I was so sad saying goodnight to her at the end of our night.

Teri was our maitre de the night of our wedding and was an absolute pleasure. Our guests had nothing but nice things to say about her and she was amazing at helping keep the pace of events for the evening.

Overall, we are still reminiscing about the best weekend ever and looking forward to going back to Minerals Hotel to celebrate our wedding anniversary!

Beautiful Sweetgrass Pavilion

We cannot compliment and thank Minerals and Dana and Rebecca enough for the amazing day we had. We got married October 7, 2023 but booked Minerals during Covid in early 2021. Working with Rebecca and Dana over the years was great. They were both very responsive and kind throughout the entire stressful wedding planning process. We got married at the Sweetgrass Pavilion and it was truly a beautiful day. The team put together a beautiful spread of food and everyone said it was great and are still talking about it! The venue is extremely beautiful, we had our cocktail hour in the beautiful area inside and reception in the pavilion. We had our after party upstairs in the restaurant. Everything from beginning to end was truly magical. The staff the day of was amazing as well. Even at the end of the night, we came back to our room and Rebecca had left rose petals outside and inside the room and had champagne on ice waiting for us. I will never forget the special day we had an again, am truly grateful for the team!
