I cannot stress enough how lucky we were to get Milestone just based on their quality of work alone. I work in film/television and had a very specific way I wanted to do things— not only did Ray work with me, he delivered some of the most beautiful footage I’ve ever gotten my hands on. Everything went so smooth, we always got a speedy reply, and it whenever we talked it was obvious to us that our big day was more important to him than just a client. In fact, Ray and Zach were two of the best dressed guys at the wedding. The level of care and respect they had for our big day was the personal touch was appreciated by us and we’re still just blown away by the incredible job these guys did documenting our wedding. I’d challenge you to find anyone better than Milestone, they’re the real deal.

We found out about Ray through our wedding planner since we were having a Napa Valley destination wedding and are from the Boston area. Videography was not something either of us wanted in the beginning and it ended up being the last vendor we booked but boy are we glad we did!!
We went with the basic package (a 4-6-minute video) and thought the price point was very reasonable for the Napa Valley area. Not only were we impressed with the price, but we also thought it was unique that he doesn’t limit his packages to a certain number of hours like most photographers/videographers do. This is ultimately why we chose Milestone Cinematography.
From the moment we hired Ray, he very responsive throughout the entire process which was great! He also showed up at 12 PM on the big day even though all of the other vendors were scheduled to arrive at 3 PM! It was awesome because he was able to capture all of the detail shots and walk around the property with plenty of time before the craziness really kicked in. He also stayed until 10 PM which shows he puts in a long day when it comes to filming your wedding!
We just received our video and cried the first time we watched it!! He did such an amazing job capturing special moments from our first look, our ceremony, reception, etc. It was absolutely perfect!! If you’re a bride/groom and are on the fence with hiring a videographer like we were – consider booking with Ray! We are so glad we did and now we have this video to look back on forever and share with family and friends!

My Husband and I had a great experience with Milestone Cinematics. They traveled at least 3 hours the morning of our wedding and 3 hours back home that evening. Raymond and his second shooter Zach were so friendly, down to earth and very easy going. Any concerns I had were always addressed and the response time to texts/emails was very quick. We are currently waiting for our video, but I am positive it will be nothing less than amazing. This was one of the must haves on my list and the price was very reasonable. He had a few different packages to choose from Believe me no matter how calm you stay throughout your special day and no matter how much you try to soak up every moment; it flies by! This was definitely a priceless investment for us and I recommend it to every bride!

Initially, my husband and I weren't sure if we wanted to splurge on a wedding videographer. I don't usually like hearing myself on video so I thought we could save the money and spend it on something else. However, now I realize how wrong I was! I am so happy we decided to hire Ray. Ray worked with our budget to give us a beautiful wedding video that we will cherish for years to come. Ray and his assistant blended into the background on our big day and were not a distraction to us or our guests but still managed to catch all of the best moments. We went with the 12 minute short video and also purchased the full toasts and ceremony. Like I said before we are both SO happy we decided to capture our special day on video and cannot recommend Milestone Cinematography highly enough.

Everyone on the team was amazing. We had Raymond, Zack, and Scott. Can’t say enough about our experience having them at our wedding! Organized, VERY professional, went above and beyond to make our wedding day special. And the video came out better than I could have ever imagined! Can not thank them enough! I am so glad that we found Ray. My now husband and I decided to look for a videographer the week before our wedding. We wanted someone who is affordable, and gives an artistic twist to the video - not just some plain old boring from the beginning to the end type of video. Ray was the person that we were looking for; he was very responsive at the get go and gave us a reasonable price. Anyways, on my wedding day, Ray showed up at my bridal suite at the time that I asked him to. He got right into capturing the details of my dress, shoes, accessories, my bridesmaids and my makeup. He was very professional throughout the getting-ready time. Fast forward, my wedding day went by quickly and I didn't notice Ray after we arrived at the wedding site, as our schedule was packed with the ceremony, pictures, reception and more pictures. We had asked Ray to capture moments of our guests having fun - since that's what we would miss with everything that's going on. Lo and behold, two weeks later, Ray sent me a video with everything that we had asked for. He even sent us a teaser of our wedding video a week after our wedding! We were amazed on how quickly he finished our project with such great quality! All in all, we are very happy with our video and would highly recommend Ray to anyone.

As a video “prosumer” I was very particular about our choice of videographers. The Meritage Resort in Napa provided some very impressive suggestions. After doing some research on my own I came across Ray Croxen and Milestone and was very impressed with their production quality and attention to detail. Milestone was a joy to work with, very dependable, and eager to cater to any suggestions. The finished product was simply superb. And, all of this came at a more affordable price. I would recommend Milestone to anyone without any hesitation.

Milestone Cinematography's portfolio immediately caught my attention when I was first viewing quotes for videographers on Thumbtack. I particularly appreciated the seamless stitching of elements to create a beautiful narrative of day. When my fiancé (now husband!) and I first spoke to Ray on the phone, he instantly won us over with his laid back and candid demeanor and passion. We felt like he was a good fit for us as a couple personality-wise. We also appreciated that there was no time limit regardless of what package we chose. We ended up going with the Highlight Film package.

After contracts were signed, Ray continued to be very responsive in the days leading up to the event. During the day, Ray and his team were very professional and pleasant to work with. As the day progressed, I almost forgot there were cameras around me.

Ray also had a very quick turnaround for videos. After a week past our wedding, we received a highlight video. And after two weeks, we received the rest of our package.

Overall - I would highly recommend Ray and his team to capture your event. They produce high-quality work with affordable price options. Ray has been an absolute pleasure to work with.
