We used Midnight BBQ for our December wedding back in 2023! We found them by going to a venue that had an event going on and it was delicious. We stopped looking as soon as tried everything! Everyone kept talking about how great the food was at the wedding and sometimes I get a craving coming around even one year after! Highly recommend especially compared to other carters definitely more bang for your buck!

Originally we wanted Hutchins BBQ for our wedding but it was WAY out of our price range. We found this local catering company in Denton called Midnight BBQ and decided to give it a try. The tasting they gave us was phenomenal and the price was half of what we would have paid for Hutchins. Joshua was very kind in quoting and re-quoting for us over and over as we played with menu options. We landed on Brisket, Pulled Pork, Mac n Cheese and Baked Beans and all were amazing. He includes toppings, sauce and bread and for a small fee he included heavy, high quality single use plates and silverware and napkins. He even brought a table cloth which saved me paying for linens for another table with the venue! He also brought servers to help with the buffet line. We ordered an appetizer (brisket queso) and he showed up early to serve it (in a different room too!) to our guests for cocktail hour. Honestly this is the best bang for your buck you can get in the DFW area. I don’t even recall paying much of a travel fee (He would have been coming from Denton to Whitesboro). He even packed up the leftovers for us, and was accommodating when I asked to add two guests at the very last minute 4 days before the wedding.

everyone kept raving to us about how good the food was at our wedding! (especially the coleslaw, which people typically avoid lol) would 100% recommend Midnight for your event. not only was the food good, but they will answer you right away/good at communicating . we had to change the amount of people coming to the wedding and it was no issue.

Midnight BBQ was perfect for our wedding! Their communication was very prompt, professional, and warm and welcoming. The professionalism, quality of food and service, and easiness to work with was top notch! I am so happy we chose them for our big day! We couldn’t have picked someone better for our wedding! Believe me when I say Midnight BBQ was the best choice we could have made for our daughter’s big day. Josh and crew were amazingly flexible, and the food was so good, we had guests asking who they were and where we found them! I love that they are a small business, and really care about quality and service. I would definitely recommend!!

Seriously the best! Friends and family from all over the country loved their food! We met Joshua and his team at a vendor fair and my husband loved him when he said “I know there’s a lot going on, but just let me feed you”. And the food did not disappoint! On top of that, they were so easy to communicate with during planning, last minute change, and the day of experience. I will recommend Midnight BBQ any chance I can.

We considered several different food options for our daughter’s wedding. We were trying to put everything together for a December wedding before Christmas with only a few months to plan.
Midnight BBQ was so easy to work with and everything we discussed and agreed on was delivered without multiple back and forth conversations. Justin arrived prepared, on time, the food was great, and everyone enjoyed it.

The Team over at Midnight BBQ was fantastic, easy to deal with and punctual. The food was great (we’re still eating left overs 2 weeks after the wedding) I’ve had several guest reach out asking where the BBQ was from because they are wanting to use Midnight BBQ to cater their events.
The icing on top is the price point, you won’t find a better value. All around 5 stars.
