  You NEED to book them!!

  We used Midnight BBQ for our December wedding back in 2023! We found them by going to a venue that had an event going on and it was delicious. We stopped looking as soon as tried everything! Everyone kept talking about how great the food was at the wedding and sometimes I get a craving coming around even one year after! Highly recommend especially compared to other carters definitely more bang for your buck!

  the best bbq!

  everyone kept raving to us about how good the food was at our wedding! (especially the coleslaw, which people typically avoid lol) would 100% recommend Midnight for your event. not only was the food good, but they will answer you right away/good at communicating . we had to change the amount of people coming to the wedding and it was no issue.

  Midnight BBQ for Holmdie Wedding!

  Midnight BBQ was perfect for our wedding! Their communication was very prompt, professional, and warm and welcoming. The professionalism, quality of food and service, and easiness to work with was top notch! I am so happy we chose them for our big day! We couldn’t have picked someone better for our wedding!   Best BBQ, Amazing People

  Believe me when I say Midnight BBQ was the best choice we could have made for our daughter’s big day. Josh and crew were amazingly flexible, and the food was so good, we had guests asking who they were and where we found them! I love that they are a small business, and really care about quality and service. I would definitely recommend!!

  Perfect wedding BBQ!

  Seriously the best! Friends and family from all over the country loved their food! We met Joshua and his team at a vendor fair and my husband loved him when he said “I know there’s a lot going on, but just let me feed you”. And the food did not disappoint! On top of that, they were so easy to communicate with during planning, last minute change, and the day of experience. I will recommend Midnight BBQ any chance I can.

  Great Experience!!

  Midnight Barbecue was amazing for our wedding day! Their food is was delicious and their set-up was smooth and professional. The communication was timely and stress-free, and their prices are great compared to other vendors! I highly recommend!

  Great food. Friendly and dependable company.

  We considered several different food options for our daughter’s wedding. We were trying to put everything together for a December wedding before Christmas with only a few months to plan.
  Midnight BBQ was so easy to work with and everything we discussed and agreed on was delivered without multiple back and forth conversations. Justin arrived prepared, on time, the food was great, and everyone enjoyed it.

  Great BBQ, Great Price, Great People

  The Team over at Midnight BBQ was fantastic, easy to deal with and punctual. The food was great (we’re still eating left overs 2 weeks after the wedding) I’ve had several guest reach out asking where the BBQ was from because they are wanting to use Midnight BBQ to cater their events.
  The icing on top is the price point, you won’t find a better value. All around 5 stars.

  Five Stars for great food and service

  My husband and I love BBQ and we chose Midnight BBQ for our wedding reception. The food was delicious and everyone loved the selections of meat and the variety of side dishes. I definitely recommend Midnight BBQ for any catering event, but especially for wedding receptions because they handled everything and I didn’t have to worry about the food or the service at all.

  Best vendor of an all-star vendor line up

  Josh went above and beyond and was so patient with my lack of knowledge on all things vendors and wedding related. He knew exactly what to do and when to do it. They fit in seamlessly to the ebbs and flows of the big day.
  And the food! I had Canadian family who have never tasted brisket and seasoned Texas smoker veterans who all said the same thing. Best. Food. Ever.
  Don't sleep on Midnight Barbecue.
