Michael did an amazing job. We had to significantly change our wedding plans due to COVID and having a beautiful video that we were able to share with our family and friends was really important. I was especially impressed by how cool the drone footage is. Michael has a lot of tools to be able to produce a wide range of footage, and the expertise to use them well. He paid really fine attention to detail when it came to putting the video together. The cuts and multiple angles were seamlessly stitched together. Would highly recommend!

Michael was absolutely wonderful in our wedding proposal. He helped plan the proposal, took photos as well as recorded video, and prepared a stunning video for us to cherish the moment for years to come.

The plan was a surprise proposal in a decorated backyard with limited camera angles. Before the proposal day, he hopped on calls to discuss how it would work, came by a week before to plan the camera angles, and gave valuable creative guidance on decorations. His enthusiasm was infectious and really helped make the decorations, planning, and execution turn out as great as they did.

On the day of the proposal, he arrived with a camera for photos, three cameras for videos, assorted camera stands, and a hidden mic for me. The video cameras were set up so that he could focus on capturing the best photos. It’s incredible to see one person handle both the photography and videography roles so well. He took perfect shots for the proposal, photos of the family and friends, as well as some engagement photos later in the evening.

The photos came out bright, colorful, and full of emotion. The video is touching and I’m still watching it every few days. I’d highly recommend Michael for anyone who wants their love captured.

Michael was a fantastic photographer for our wedding day! Our wedding was a bicultural Indian-American event with 130 guests, held outdoors. From the start, Michael was incredibly on it and professional. He asked all the right questions and made sure we had all of our photo combinations scheduled out, and photo locations scouted out (with contingency planning for different weather situations). Michael went the extra mile and came on a couple of venue visits with us, making sure he understood how the lighting hit different spots and where and how to set up his cameras.

Ultimately the photos came out vibrant, colorful, and natural! Vivid colors were core to my wedding so I was glad Michael was able to render our photos in a way that really captured the color and life of the wedding. We love how the photos really put the people front and center, and that, in addition to great posed shots of us and our family, Michael captured many of the lovely action shots of our friends and family dancing and hanging out. We had also asked for straightforward footage of our first dance, ceremony, toasts, and Baraat and Michael delivered all of those to our specifications!

On the day of, we had a hiccup with our hair and makeup artist arriving an hour later than expected. This meant pushing back our photo timeline unexpectedly, and less downtime than we had hoped for before the ceremony. Michael calmly and positively accepted the change of plans and kept us on (even ahead of!) our timeline. He made sure we efficiently got the shots we wanted, in the right lighting conditions. If something goes awry with your timeline or if you or your partner get nervous, Michael is the type of photographer whose calm temperament and clear direction will help keep the trains on track. And finally, he’s just a lovely person who truly delights in this work — I highly recommend him!

Michael did our wedding film and we were absolutely blown away by the result, which we watched probably 50 times as soon as we got it because it was truly amazing! We felt like it captured the love and happiness of our wedding day even more than the photos from the other photographer we hired. Michael is a wonderfully talented videographer - his wedding films elicit so many wonderful feelings and portray love in the best ways. He pays attention to detail, especially when it comes to capturing loving, emotional moments, smiles, laughs, and affection. We couldn't have asked for a better video or videographer for our special day. We love Michael and you will too!

Michael worked with my fiance (then boyfriend) to capture our surprise proposal. From the get go, Michael was communicative, passionate, and detail-oriented. While I have only heard about his fantastic work prior to the proposal, I can speak more specifically to the day-of and aftermath. On the day of the proposal, Michael was prepared. He had everything planned to a T with the cameras and video cameras setup to capture our moment perfectly. Throughout the day, even beyond the actual proposal moment, Michael continued to capture the events and people present. He would suggest poses and make sure everyone/everything was documented. My favorite thing about Michael, though, was his happiness and passion. He brought so much excitement and love to that day. He was having so much fun doing what he does best: capturing love!

Things only got better after the proposal. Michael was professional and stayed in continuous contact with my fiance and I throughout the entire editing process. He kept us updated on timelines and asked for our feedback/input throughout. Not surprising at all, the photos and videos came out WAY beyond anything we could have imagined. Every detail and "feel" from that day was documented perfectly - we are so excited to keep staring at everything Michael compiled for the rest of our lives!

Michael is the most passionate, professional, and communicative wedding vendor I have ever met! He took the initiative to talk check in with us ahead of time about everything from the style and tone of our video, to the day-of schedule, to the aspects of the day we wanted to highlight. Planning a wedding involves juggling so many moving parts, but working with Michael made my life easier since he was so proactive and responsive. We absolutely loved the final videos we received. We absolutely loved working with Michael for our engagement photo shoot! He was incredibly responsive via e-mail and text. He recommended we meet so we could all get to know one another, and we immediately felt chemistry with him. He engaged with us in a way that we felt that he really did love hearing our story, rather than just asking questions to get the facts so he could plan for the photo shoot.

When it came time for the actual photos, he was super flexible in letting us go to various points in and around Golden Gate Park, and when we wanted to change out outfits. We showed him a few poses that we liked, and he made some great recommendations for us as well (the ones we used for our save-the-dates). He was very quick to provide us with the photos, and edited them to perfection, without making us look fake.

It's super important to feel comfortable with your photographer. Michael is so sweet, silly, and has a calming demeanor about him, that made us feel like we were having a fun Saturday with a friend, rather than stressing about getting the right picture. We loved working with him and recommend him to any and all!
