most of our grooms men went to a MA store location and we had some communication problems from one store to anther on the colors we wanted the men in they gave our ring bear the wrong suit but they are fixing that now and the men where told didferent colors and that is getting fixed now too... love the service but wish there weren't mistakes in the first place.

DO NOT GO TO THE SAUGUS, MA store for your Tuxes for a wedding. The manager is RUDE, ignorant, has ZERO customer service skills. Rentals are for 7 days, she had return date 24 hours later, when I requested a change, she gave me an attitude and told me she was too busy.
When my young son went to pick up his tux, it was completely wrong size etc. We were leaving the next morning for our destination wedding and the MANAGER told us, come back tomorrow AFTER 6pm, and we can fix it. She couldn't be bothered. We had to fight for about 30 mins to get her to understand that we won't be around so we need this done NOW. The fix took her 10 mins total, and yet she couldn't be bothered at all and treated us like we were putting her out.
I think corporate should look into this employee as she is RUDE, and LAZY to say the least.
