This is the most exciting time for you and I can not wait to be a part of your special day. I love photographing intimate weddings with just the couple and a few close loved ones, or elopements that are all about your love and nothing else! The beach is my happy place so if you are looking to grab your partner and run off to elope on the beach, you are my kind of people!! I have been passionately following my heart since my journey with photography started ten years ago. Photographing people on their happiest day is what I love the most and I feel so blessed to be able to document a couple's love as my career.

Best photographer ever!
Melissa was the best part about my wedding day (besides my groom of course), she is not only professional, creative and fun- she has such a great way of making her subjects feel comfortable. My new husband and I are not great fans of being photographed, but Melissa actually had us really enjoying it. She comes up with great poses and goes above and beyond the typical poses with genius creativity. I can’t say enough great things about her. We live two states away and I can honestly say we will travel to her when we do any family photos in the future!!! She is the best!

The Best Wedding Photographer in Charleston!
Melissa was one of the easiest and best decisions we made when planning our small, beach wedding. She was so kind, professional, and knowledgedable! She shot our engagement shoot and our wedding and we cannot possibly more highly reccomend her. She made two camera-shy people feel comfortable in front of the lense and the photographs are gorgeous!
