We hired Jamel to be our wedding DJ, and immediately feel for him during our first phone call. His energy and style seemed like they meshed well with ours, and he totally got our vision for the music we were into. Music was a veryyyyy important element of the wedding for us, so finding the right DJ was critical.
As it turned out, Jamel was amazing. We talked a couple of times leading up to the big day. His experience was really helpful to us - we didn't use a wedding planner, so he provided us examples of schedules for the night for us to fill out, which was super helpful. On the day of, everything went off so well. Jamel emceed the night, was engaged during speeches, and kept everyone on the dance floor until the very end of the night.
We were so so happy with Jamel, and would recommend him to anyone looking for an epic wedding DJ.

Great guys! They were extremely professional but so fun to be around. Found them through a friend's wedding and checked out their site for video samples... amazing! Cannot wait to get our video back.

Scott and I hired Jamel from Mel eMedia as our wedding videographer -he and his second shooter were AMAZING! Jamel is very professional, friendly, and knows how to capture the moments without getting in the way -we didn't even realize he was right there getting everything on film while our ceremony was taking place. Jamel's price is very reasonable and he was a pleasure to work with.

First off, I want to say that I absolutely loved my video! It was exactly what I was looking for!

Now, the reason that I did not give 5 stars is this- my video was given to me MUCH later than what was written in the contract. According to the contract, it was supposed to be ready in October. October came and went, November came and went, and December came and went before we finally got our video in late December/early January, and I personally felt like I was given excuse after excuse for why it wasn't done on time.

The bottom line is this- I am not trying to bad mouth Jamel and his team, they did a phenomenal job on the video and it included some extra things that I loved. I just am disappointed with the turn around time for it. If you don't mind waiting several months for the end result, then I honestly would recommend Mel eMedia. That was my only negative on this team. I hope this helps future brides!
