Megan Helm was our photographer and I couldn't have asked for a better experience! Megan was so kind and easy to work with. Both our engagement and wedding sessions felt relaxed, fun, and comfortable. Megan takes all your wishes and priorities and makes them work into a wedding day timeline that will work for you. She stays organized and calm amidst the chaos of wedding planning. And of course, the pictures are stunning! She is the best and I definitely recommend her business!

Megan was so easy to work with throughout the entire process. Super quick and clear communication and she was always 2 steps ahead of us in the planning process. Her photos/editing were on point for what we were looking for and we love every single photo we got from her!

Megan shot both our engagement shoot and wedding. Neither of us felt comfortable in front of the camera before our engagement shoot but she made us feel like we were pros in front of the camera by the end of the session. Her directions were so easy to follow and we had way more fun than we thought we would! Our photos turned out SO GOOD.

We weren’t even phased coming into our wedding day because we knew Megan would be there. We had Stephanie as our second shooter and she was so comfortable to be around as well. We ran into some mishaps with other vendors and both of them stepped up to help make sure our day ran seamlessly. We are so thankful they were there with us on our day!

We got our sneak peeks back last night and they turned out even better than I could have imagined. They are wonderful, Nick and I stayed up late looking through each one and we reminisced on how each moment made us feel. My husband and I live in Southern California and wanted to hire a local photographer who was familiar with our wedding venue (The Pines Resort, Bass Lake). We found Megan and her team on The Knot and knew after reading her reviews, seeing her website, and stalking her work on instagram we had to set up an appointment to talk with her! After our first conversation we felt like Megan knew exactly what we were envisioning for our big day and trusted that she could get the job done. Megan already had a wedding scheduled for the same day but we loved everything about her and the company that we decided to book with her partner Stephanie, and we are SO ECSTATIC that we did!

Stephanie and her team were a dream on the day of. I really couldn't have asked for a better team of photographers. She captured our personalities in every photo and there's literally not one photo I don't like.

I told Stephanie in our meeting before the big day that my husband and I would need some guidance and help with poses since we're both a little awkward in front of the camera, and we both had such a fun time and felt extremely comfortable (not awkward at all!)

Not only did Stephanie and her team do a wonderful job with the photos, they were super friendly and fun to be around. Upon arriving to the house I was getting ready at they told me "If you need anything at any point in the evening you let us know and we will get it for you." I'm so glad they did because I forgot my garter at the house I got ready at. I asked Cassie if she could go to the house and grab it for me and she said "Absolutely, I'm happy to", drove over to the house and brought it back. Now that is going above and beyond!!

Megan is absolutely AMAZING! I’ve gotten to work with her a couple of times and she does such awesome job. She really takes the time to listen to what you want and help you capture those visions. She was professional, creative, enthusiastic, and fun. I cried tears of joy when I saw my photos for the first time and realized how well she captured every emotion of my wedding day. I decided to give Megan a try after a terrible experience with a local photographer who gave horrible quality photos as well as a terrible customer service experience. I reached out to Megan to ask for advice on how to get out of the contract being that my wedding was only months away. She provided great advice and we were able to break our contract. I then decided to ask Megan to be our wedding photographer after looking through her galleries. She did an amazing job on mine and my husbands engagement pictures so I knew that my wedding pictures would turn out amazing too. At our wedding she went above and beyond to get great photos. A year later my husband and I asked her to do our maternity shoot and once our son was born, our newborn photos too. She was very patient and gentle with our baby in order to get good shots. We love her quality and overall services and plan on using her for all of our photography needs !!!
