I recently photographed an event at this beautiful venue in Fernley, and I couldn't be happier with my experience! The space itself is stunning, providing the perfect backdrop for any occasion. What truly set this venue apart, though, was the exceptional service from the staff.

From the initial planning stages to the event day, they were incredibly professional and timely. Every detail was handled with care, making the entire process a breeze. The team was very easy to work with, always accommodating our needs and ensuring everything went smoothly.

If you're looking for a fantastic venue with outstanding service, I highly recommend this place in Fernley! You won’t be disappointed!

We got married here October of 2024; we absolutely fell in love with the venue when we had toured it about a year prior to our wedding. It’s a huge space and allows for you to do your ceremony right outside and your reception through these beautiful glass doors.

The day went smoothly with only minor hiccups that we were able to deal with.

The biggest down side in my opinion to this venue is that it you aren’t allowed to use the “dressing rooms” for getting ready — not make up, hair, etc. — you can however get dressed and the lighting in the dressing rooms is good for photos.

The venue is located in Fernley, so a short drive from Reno/Sparks, there are a few motels out in Fernley if guests are willing to stay out there.

On my wedding day I was told I’d have a coordinator. I did not. The owner of the venue ended up helping me & god bless her for doing so. Beth is amazing and she knew what she was doing. I was just bummed as you are promised the help and my coordinator ended up having a family emergency; which I get we all have. But thank you to Beth and the staff of Roundabout Catering for everything you did that day!!

All in all I loved the venue. It’s massive with tall ceilings and a cozy fire pit hang out where most of our guests ended up!

The Meadows is an absolute dream come true!

From the moment we first visited The Meadows, we knew it was where we wanted to say “I do.” The venue is breathtaking — a perfect blend of natural beauty and elegant charm. Rolling green fields, gorgeous gardens, and that stunning ceremony space made every photo feel like it was straight out of a magazine.

The staff was just as incredible as the scenery. From planning to the big day, they went above and beyond to make everything smooth and stress-free. They were professional, responsive, and genuinely cared about making our day special.

Our guests are still talking about how beautiful everything was and how seamless the entire event felt. Whether you're dreaming of a rustic-chic celebration or a classic romantic wedding, The Meadows is the perfect backdrop.

10/10 would recommend. If you’re getting married, book this place — you won’t regret it!
