Absolutely beautiful is all I can say !! Chef Mary Carmen is extremely talented and it shows In all the detail she puts in her cake decoration. The cakes are not only beautiful but delicious ! For my daughters first communion I ordered two cakes , cupcakes and cookies and they all came out gorgeous ! I am very selective about cakes I order and Chef Mary Carmen worked with me on colors and design and matched the specific colors I wanted for all the desserts. She is a pleasure to work with and I will definitely be ordering again. Thank you for making my daughters reception so beautiful with your talent.

Mary Carmen is awesome!!! She delivered our cake to our wedding which was in Bandera tx on a ranch for a low traveling cost. She really works with you on what your ideas are for the cake of your dreams. I got my husband a surprise 49ers grooms cake (he said dont get him a cake) but I did. His face just lit up when he saw it. The helmet was perfect. Thanks for everything! Great memories were def made.

I truly enjoyed meeting Mary and working with her to create my dairy-free wedding cake. The cake was delicious and exactly what I wanted. She gave perfect advice on adding special touches making it a one of a kind . Several guests at the wedding commented on how much they enjoyed the cake. It was not only beautiful but it tasted amazing. All of the flavors are natural, not an extract. I would highly recommend her to anyone in need of a great baker and cake designer!

We loved our cake!!!! It turned out great! There were a few issues with getting together to plan it, but everything worked out in the end! The price was excellent and the taste of the cake the day of was way better than the cake on tasting day! Chef Mary Carmen and her family did a wonderful job! We loved the sugar flowers she added!!! Would recommend!
