Mayday was an incredible addition to our wedding day! I was in constant communication with Michael Wolcott from the moment we reached out for a quote. He was incredibly responsive and very easy to work with. My husband and I decided on having an acoustic instrumental precessional and recessional, acoustic cocktail hour, and DJing services for the ceremony. Michael and Loren came to our wedding dressed to the nines (blue suits and red bowties!), learned and beautifully played very specific versions of the songs we requested for the ceremony, fooled our guests during the cocktail hour (people kept telling us they thought it was pre-recorded music and were shocked when they saw real live people playing), and kept the party going for the entire reception. We can't thank them enough for bringing such a wonderful energy to our wedding, and for being an absolute pleasure to work with!

So, for my wedding I literally didn't care about anything except having a band instead of a DJ. Mayday totally delivered. I had my wedding outdoors with an enclosed pavilion. Mayday was able to work with the space and made our day even more special. I was really impressed that they were able to learn extra songs in a really short time period. I could not have been happier with them! You rock guys!

My wife and I got married at the Avant five years ago this September, and one of the best decisions we made was hiring Mayday to play our cocktail hour. To this day, we have friends and family tell us how amazing the live music was, how great they sounded and that their song choices were perfect.

Hands down, these guys were the best part of my wedding. From the moment the reception started they kept the energy level sky high the until very end. We booked them for the DJ/Band combo, which I highly recommend. I am not exaggerating when I say that they had everyone on the dance floor all night long! Mick and his band were so easy to work with. The sat with us for our wedding and reviewed the songs we were interested in from a DJ perspective as well as live music. Everything was fantastic. Best performance of the song Shout I've seen at a wedding. They were able to keep the dance floor packed and going all night long.
