Max Photo is the absolute best! My husband and I booked Max Photo NY for our wedding that took place in July 2022. During our initial meeting, Yvonne was so helpful and very informative. She answered all of our questions and also tailored our photography and videography package to meet our needs. Yvonne kept in contact with me on a bi weekly basis, providing me with information and necessary details. The week before our wedding, we met with Yvonne to finalize all of the details and she definitely made us feel at ease. On our wedding day and reception day, the photographers and videographers, including Max were absolutely the best. They were so patient and made us laugh the entire time. It was such a great experience. After our wedding, within one month, I received all of our pictures from our wedding & reception and within two months I received our highlight videos and wedding/reception full videos. Our pictures & videos came out STUNNING! I cannot thank Yvonne, Max and the Max Photo NY Team for the doing an amazing job.

Yvonne and Max were amazing during my wedding experience. Having a huge wedding on a budget is a very difficult process. But they made me an a la carte package and really helped me stay within my price range. They didn't let me sacrifice quality for quantity.

Our wedding was November 10, 2018- There just aren’t enough incredible and nice things for me to say about Leo at Max Photo! We knew right away MaxPhoto was exactly what we were looking for, and we were going to be in excellent hands. LEO WAS OUTSTANDING. Our whole entire family loved him and was amazed by how amazing he was. He captured everything every moment and the pictures are unbelievable! My husband and I are both a little shy, but he made us feel so comfortable and had us laughing the whole day. I really am not the type of person to right “bad reviews” for businesses but I am honest. My Wedding was Dec 20th of 2024. It’s literally now September 2025. I have called, texted, emailed and even WHATSAPPed these people and honestly they are terrible to get a hold of/a response. When they do finally respond, it’s always oh I have the wrong number or email. I have provided it so many times and also it’s obviously going to be the freaking email/number I’m writing from to you, like just put two and two together . SEND ME WHAT I PAID FOR and I don’t want no half ass job. I get it if you’re busy, you can say that, but I have been truly so kind and patient each time. Try to reach out. That I am literally so over it. Did you lose the video? I’m confused like is it hard to edit? What exactly is gone on for it to be taking this long? I literally get zero updates .IF AND WHEN I do get the rare chance of hearing from them they say “ oh I think I can get to you by the end of this week”, ITS BEEN A MONTH SINCE THAT LAST RESPONSE.

DO NOT USE THEM. I got married Christmas 2018. The first few months I admit that my husband I delayed things as we were moving. However, once we were ready they were completely unresponsive. I sent them several emails weekly but never got an answer. Tried calling them- no one ever picked up and the VM was always full. Spent several months calling and messaging me which was almost a year after I got married. Yvonne who is just the rudest person I’d dealt with told me that the girl who used to check the emails left 5 months ago and no one besides her checked their emails. No apologies or anything. I tell her the edits we want and she tells me to send an email with it all and she’d send it to the videographer. Several more weeks of no response to email or calls. Says she isn’t sure if they can do anything because the videographer had to leave the country due to a family emergency and no one else could do it. I argued back that though I feel bad for him I need to get my wedding video so can anyone else do it. Somehow the videographer was able to make some changes but then he did others that we didn’t ask for. Cue to several more months of follow up and all of 2020 basically just no answer. I finally get a response to an email saying that they haven’t heard from the guy since July and he is presumed dead so there is nothing they can do. I have no idea if anything they said is true as Yvonne constantly acted like I was the problem. My husband had to be the one to fix whatever he could and that is how we had a finished product. Worst vendor I’d ever worked with.

THIS COMPANY IS A BIG DUD! WE ARE HIGHLY DISAPPOINTED IN THEIR TERRIBLE Quality of photography and the rudeness of their representative MAY who things it all about her and making money. We were referred to the company from past customers. That is what Max Photo is a blast from the past. We were sent a photographer Wilson who is not trained for the company and after disappearing for 2 months he turned in photos from Our Wedding with cut off heads, closed eyes, no color correction, blurry photos, all kinds of floresent lights on people skin, etc. It was just awful. The worst thing was that May was not willing to budge and take responsibility for her company's mistakes. She is stuck up and does not belong working in Customer Service. We will be taking company to court!!
