Come get Married in Mattews!
Our venue is located in Historic Downtown Matthews, yet convenient to Charlotte amenities.
This historic district has lovely areas for outdoor photos, and our building has a whimsical mural that is one of the focal points in downtown Matthews! We offer private event space and wedding dance instruction in our beautiful, charming two-story building, fully equipped with sound, lighting, great people and lots of FUN!
Our all-inclusive wedding package is packed with value and includes long standing industry pros to make every event spectacular and a stress-free day! We customize a package to fit your needs. We offer event space on Saturday evenings, all day on Sundays, and Mondays. We can accommodate up to 50-60 guests.
Our venue has beautiful original wood floors, tall ceilings, stunning arched windows, exposed brick with mirrored walls, and stylish event lighting to enhance your special day. Our historic venue is loaded with lovely details and is located on the upper level for treetop views. It is a memorable space of 2200 SF, and the 12’ arched windows make a gorgeous backdrop for your special celebration. We would love to schedule a venue tour for you and your love.
Don't forget about your first dance. Matthews Ballroom offers private lessons to make your first dance one you and your guests will long remember!
