Helen did an awesome job with the makeup for my wedding. Everyone was pleased with the product choices she had (colors, variety of products) as well as her ideas for making everyone up. Her rates are great - much more reasonable than in a salon! Since she uses Mary Kay, I didn't feel like the makeup was caked on or overdone. Helen takes the time to make sure each client is satisfied with the way she looks; she likes meeting with clients in advance of "the big day" to plan what colors you'll use and what the end result will look like. She also tries to use products that she has samples of, that way you can use the sample to reapply throughout the event and stay fresh. She was so good for my wedding that I recommended her to two friends and they also used her for their weddings!

Helen is very nice to work with. She came to the hair salon where we were getting our hair done, which ended up working out well because we were ahead of schedule and were able to have more time to get "before" pictures. She also is very good about teaching you how to apply makeup and which makeup to use if you don't usually wear makeup, or know much about how to use it.
