Ncns for tuxedos does not deserve not even 1 star
No stars for Martha's boutique..My son n other 4 boys were going to be in a 15teen we go to Martha's bridal shop to get them measured for there tuxedos which it was $117. so the 15teen was on 11/24/18 and martha said to pick them up on 11/20/18 so we go n the tuxedos are not ready.she said Friday 11/23/18 for sure they will be ready at 8am .so we call her and she never answered her phone or text . finally Friday night she answer and said she still does not have them but she said for sure Saturday morning 11/24/18 the day of the 15teen she will bring them. So the church is at 11am on Saturday and Martha never showed up or called her boutique was closed. We are all waiting on her finally we just said she ain't coming That was so wrong of her to do that she could of at least had the courtesy to call and say she didn't have the tuxedos..so last minute the boys had to wear a black pant n white t-shirt. Because we all trusted her and she failed. So after the that we never got a call from her to appologize . all the moms go Monday to go pick up what we have gave for the tuxedos ..oooo she was there but not once did she come up to us and appologize she told her helper to give us the money she didn't want to come out and face us. I DO NOT RECOMMEND MARTHA'S BOUTIQUE.

I'm leaving this review as I'm in the store now. We made our order back in March, Martha said it would be ready the 1st week of June, it is now July 29th and NONE of our order is ready.
They asked for more time when I 1st came back in June because 1 of the ladies no longer worked there & we did. Every week it was "can you give us another week, please?" and we obliged.
She then had the nerve to give me an attitude about a tiara I was interested in, but hadn't paid for because I said I would pay for it when I picked up our custom order. So if they custom order isn't ready, then I'm not driving 25 min out of my way for a tiara just to come back for my custom order.
She LIED and said half of our order was ready, well, as we are here now - NOT A DAMN THING IS READY!!!!!!
And now they tell us we can't get a refund because it was partially done.
So now we're sitting, & have been for about an HOUR, waiting on her to finish what she lied & said was already done.
I had to have my fiancé drive almost 2 hours to get here just to get them to take us seriously and get our stuff done.
They even went on VACATION, about 2 weeks ago, without telling anyone & before they finished our order. Yet they want us to be "understanding" of them falling behind. Don't take a friggin' vacation if you have back orders then!!!!
We demanded the money back on everything that wasn't even started since our wedding is 26 days away.
Do yourself a favor and NEVER come here for your wedding, quince, or anything else.
Btw, all we had done was some pillows & baskets. That's it. I could only imagine dealing with the stress of a big order like a dress.
