Megan did a lovely job officiating our elopement ceremony! We reached out to her on her website on a Saturday asking if she'd be available the upcoming Friday. Not only was she available, but she responded to us that afternoon letting us know her exact availability. We chatted with her over the phone on Monday and gave her a run down of what we were looking for (short and sweet ceremony - a little prayer, a couple of readings, and exchanging vows). She shared resources with us and offered advice where we asked for it. We sent her a Word .doc of our vows and the readings we wanted on Wednesday and she had them beautifully printed out on cardstock for our ceremony on Friday. She exceeded our expectations and I can not recommend her enough!

We could not be happier or more grateful. When my mother was diagnosed with late-stage cancer, we wanted to fulfill a wish of hers. My now husband and I had been together for 27 years and she'd always wanted us to get married, so we decided to do it.

Sadly, her cancer unexpectedly progressed extremely quickly, and we were running out of time. A friend reached out to Megan, and she was at our 2 hours later. She officiated the ceremony in my mom's bedroom and it's the happiest I'd seen her in some time. She was beaming. As it happens this was the last time my mom was able to interact, so it meant even more than I imagined.

If weddings had superheroes, Megan would be wearing a cape, probably something tasteful, officiant-chic, with just a hint of “I’m about to make you cry in a good way.”

We found Megan when we needed someone to marry us, and what we got was less “officiant” and more “relationship legend.” Not only did she deliver a ceremony that felt like it was written by someone who had secretly been reading our texts for years (in a highly impressive way), but she somehow nailed our personalities better than we do. It was heartfelt, personal, and just the right amount of emotional, “rom-com finale”.

But here’s where it gets ridiculous, in the best way. Megan didn’t just marry us once and ride off into the sunset. She’s been back every year for the past ten years to renew our vows. Ten. Years. At this point, she’s basically part officiant, part therapist, and a part time guardian of our relationship.

Each ceremony still feels fresh, meaningful, and uniquely “us,” which is honestly shocking considering she’s working with the same two people every year, same day, in April. She brings warmth, love, good vibes, and this uncanny ability to make every vow renewal feel just as special as the first “I do.”

Also worth noting: she’s welcoming, and genuinely believes that love is love, which isn’t just a tagline, it’s something you feel in how she works. Whether you’re planning a big wedding, a last-minute elopement, or a decade-long tradition like ours, Megan shows up ready to make it unforgettable.

Megan has been a family friend for more than half of my life. Between being my babysitter as a child, and now someone I consider close to me as an adult, Megan has always been a patient and supportive friend. Now my husband and I did not have a wedding that was considered traditional or ordinary. We decided to make everything happen in a 10 day time frame with zero planning ahead of time. And who else to make this happen than Megan? She contacted who needed it; walked us through the steps we had to take; made the ceremony an unforgettable experience and a day no one will ever forget. I would 1000000x recommend Megan for a stress free and welcoming person to unite you on your special day. Megan kept us smiling and her laugh is contagious and when we do our vow renewal we will be picking her again because she is just a ray of sunshine.

Married by Megan was the best choice I could Have possibly made, she made my whole experience magical, she helped before the ceremony, gave amazing ideas and turned my wedding into the perfect day. She gave the most sentimental ceremony I could have ever asked for. 100/100 would definitely recommend 

I had the pleasure of meeting Megan while working at a wedding and was immediately struck by her personality and professionalism. We decided to have her officiate our own wedding, and we couldn't have been happier with our choice!

Megan was a god send on a day that could’ve gone much worse. Our officiant, my mother, was unable to do the wedding and Megan luckily was available and was able to come short notice. She was super helpful with the ceremony and tuning it so it fit me and my now wife and our weirdness which made our ceremony just feel that much more special on our special day. She also was kind enough to allow my mother to speak during the ceremony to say a couple words to help her feel involved when she was determined to be unable to officiate. This meant a lot to both me and my wife for even considering her, even when she didn’t mention it to Megan. Hopefully I wouldn’t need to, but if I were ever to be married again I would most definitely use Megan again!
