If you are considering working with Karen, definitely do it! Karen was recommended by our wedding planner and made the entire process so smooth. She printed copies of readings and made beautiful vow books for us to read from. Karen also files the marriage license after the wedding so that the couple has one less thing to worry about. The ceremony Karen wrote shared our love story and was such a special touch that I have not seen at other weddings. Karen did everything right, from telling the guests to refrain from taking ceremony photos (as we asked her to) to moving aside during the first kiss. We cannot thank Karen enough for such a beautiful ceremony! It was very sweet, thoughtful, well written, and include personalized pieces and parts of “our story”! Karen asked very detailed questions in preparation for the ceremony, things we never thought of. She even checked over our vows we had written ourselves and put them in beautiful little books for us to read from and eventually keep. Dave and I absolutely LOVED working with Karen as an officiant. As an out-of-state couple planning a wedding through a pandemic, we needed all the help we could get. From the first hourlong video chat to get to know us to the rehearsal to our first moments as husband and wife, Karen was there to answer any questions we had and ease our minds. Our ceremony was touching, beautiful and absolutely US; Karen made it perfect with her perfectly crafted words and delivery. She even gave us each a lovely keepsake copy of our vows (no folded-up papers pulled from pockets for us!). Our only regret was not having her also be our day-of planner, too! We got married on 10/10/2020 and had Karen as our officiant. She was fantastic from the moment we met her. She was easy to communicate with and calmed our “before the wedding” jitters. We really liked her ceremony as she incorporated personal stories and details into it. Many of our guests told us how great the ceremony was that she officiated. We would highly recommend her!

Karen is absolutely the best. Our wedding was October 26, 2019 and through the Facebook group we started looking for an officiant. Well after many recommendations Karen commented and we are so thankful she did. We checked out the website and after reading the introduction (which I loved) I sent a message immediately. After setting up a time and place to meet we hit it right off. She is so sweet, funny, personable, and just relatable. I love that she actually got to know us and it didn’t seem like it was just a business transaction. At the end of our meeting we originally just hired her to be our officiant.

Well one day I woke up (about a two months before the wedding) and I started freaking out. Who is going to help set up? What about a timeline? What about this, what about that, etc. my brain continues to run with so many thoughts. We started looking into a coordinator and I just out of hopes Karen was available reached out. SHE WAS!!! Karen helped so much through the entire process and was so organized. The rehearsal went smooth and the vows were PERFECT. without her I’m not sure our wedding day would have been as perfect as it was.

It has been so great getting to know Karen! I had the pleasure of working with her on June 15th for a ceremony and reception at my venue. She was the couple's officiant and day-of coordinator. She accompanied them to our meetings and helped with planning and setup the day before. I could tell the couple trusted her 100% and since then I have actually run into her at other events! I will certainly refer her to other clients and look forward to working with her in the future!!

We met Karen at a local block party this summer, and we're so glad we chose her to serve as both our officiant and our wedding coordinator. She had a no-nonsense, 'get-it-done' attitude (and execution!) yet was also quite warm and friendly. She was supportive, yet she gave us space. She wrote an excellent ceremony script and accepted our edits easily. She did everything perfectly both before and on the big day, with little touches that made us smile.
